Theo found himself suffering from insomnia again. He couldn't fall asleep despite numerous attempts.

It was one of those nights where his mind was filled with thoughts, analyzing every past event that went wrong and every possible future event that could happen.

He sat himself up in the dark room and pondered on his current relationship with Kaleb.

The relationship was progressing well, though it was clear the both of them had trouble expressing themselves romantically.

He thought of the role they played in the relationship, such as whether he was a top or a bottom. It was odd because Kaleb was visibly smaller in size as compared to him but had a deeper, masculine voice and was not as shy as Theo. He came to the conclusion that he played the dominant role in the relationship, just because he always seemed like the one making decisions.

It truly felt different with Jovan, because Jovan was obsessed with control, which made him the dominant one.

The sound of the clock ticking brought his senses back to reality. He decided to text Kaleb at midnight, as he frequently did.

He found it incredibly surprising for Kaleb to willingly expose his sexual orientation to his friends. It wasn't like him, or maybe Theo simply refused to accept that he wasn't the only one who knew his 'secret'.

He immediately regretted sending that text. It made him appear as though he was trying to turn Kaleb against his friends.

After the conversation with Kaleb, it made him consider telling his friends about his relationship too.

He recalled only keeping Xylia in the loop when it came to his previous relationship. This time, it felt more relevant to tell Lola and Abby, since they were acquaintances.

"WHATT?! I knew it." Lola exclaimed.

It was three days later that Theo was updating Lola and Abby about the latest happenings in his life.

They were hanging out at the rooftop garden of a neighbourhood mall.

"Honestly, I didn't expect him to like me too...Like it just happened at the same time..." Theo explained.

"Wait what's his name again?" Abby asked.

"KALEB. The boy from that rowdy class." Lola explained.

"Wait...How long have the two of you been together?" She continued questioning.

"Erm...We confessed to each other during the last week of school...But honestly, I'm not even sure if our relationship is official or not."

"What do you mean? If two people are in love with each other they should obviously make the relationship official." Lola displayed a tinge of confusion as she said it.

"I guess you're right. Oh by the way, as the good boyfriend that I am...I asked him out to watch a movie tomorrow and he said ok."

"But he said it might be boring if it was just the two of us..."

"And so he told me to invite my friends along. Do y'll want to accompany us?" Theo continued explaining.

"That's kind of weird...But I get it, his nervous if it was a date with just the two of you alone." Lola replied.

"I guess..." Theo didn't understand it too. Besides, it wasn't their first time going out together.
