At The Avengers Compound

A holographic meeting is taking place.

The new leader of The Avengers is Natasha Romanoff.

She, along with Sam and Bucky, have been the only Avengers to stay behind and keep the peace in the world.

"So, we boarded that warship Danvers pinged", says Rocket.

"It was an infectious garbage scowl."

"So, thanks for that."

"Sorry, but you guys were closer to it."

"Yeah, well, we smell like garbage now."

"And you Okoye? How you handling the tremors?"

"Nat, it's was an earthquake under the African plate. We handled it by not handling it", says Okoye.

"Carol, will you be back next month?"

"Not likely."

"You gonna get another haircut?"

"Listen, what's happening on Earth is happening on thousands of other planets, furball."

"Ok, you got a point."

"Alright, I say that's it. This channels always open... so, anything goes sideways, anyone's making trouble where they shouldn't, comes through me."

They all nodded.

The holographic meeting ends.

"... You know, I'd offer you some food, but I think your miserable without my cooking", says Bucky.

Natasha smiles.

"Please no. Don't stop being an Avenger."

"How you holding up?"

Natasha just gives a look to Sam.

"Same like everyday, huh?"

Natasha nods.

"How are your support groups?"

"Same."

"... You know, I'd cheer up, but I don't think I'd be helping you at all."

"No, you wouldn't Bucky. I'd probably hit you with my peanut butter sandwich."

Bucky smiles.

".... What if I say this doesn't need to be done Nat. How would you react?"

Naya gives Bucky a look.

"If I move on, who does this? I used to have nothing. And this I got this. This job. This family. And I was... I was better because of it. And even though.... they're gone now.... I'm still trying to be better."

".... I think we need to get a life", says Sam.

"Me and Natasha have a life. You get one."

Natasha smiles and holds Buckys hand.

An alarm goes off, and Natasha activates the camera, and the three are shocked to see someone who they thought was dead.

"Hi. Is anybody home? My names Scott Lang. We met in Germany, remember? I'm the guy with the mask who got really big."

"Nat, please tell me this is an old message?"

"It's the front gate."

10 Minutes Later

Scott walks around in a circle, inside the meeting room of the Compound.

"Tic Tac, you ok?"

"Uhh, ok, here me out."
