-2012-
I sat with my popcorn bowl and watched Netflix half the day. It was mostly to guard territory, since my "mom" doesn't have anything to do so she sits in her room or goes jogging. She never used to jog.
I was halfway through the movie "The Good Dinosaur" until I felt a weird presence in the room. The so called "mom".
I paused the movie and sat there, waiting for her to do something. Once she did, she sat on the couch across from me, and I filled my mouth with popcorn. Dang, I make some bomb popcorn.
"I'm leaving again," she spoke, I choked on my popcorn. "They want me to help them again, they really like me."
"Really?" I barely whispered.
"Yes, they really do," she said. "Plus, I understand I came at a bad time, I know I did, but I wanted to see my baby after her accident. It was really hard to come back out here."
"When are you leaving?"
"Tomorrow afternoon, unfortunately, but I hope you remember me again, I really do love you, it breaks my heart I can't hug you or kiss you-"
"You can... You just look, feel different," I felt my eyes water. "Mommy I missed you..."
"Oh I missed you too baby," she ran over and hugged me, it was very unlike the last hug we had. This had a spark and this spark slowly generated heat. "I'm so sorry to leave you like this..." She weeped into my blouse, probably leaving tear stains, but I was doing the same thing to her.

I lay in bed and closed my eyes and see the silhouette-like man in front of me. His right hand held duct tape and I was crying. And was I sitting Indian style in a chair?
I bolted straight up and looked around my room. No one was here. My blankets are everywhere. So are my papers. I straighten the papers up, along with my emotions and the tears running down my face. One of the papers was a drawing of a house. A house I've seen before...
I ran up to my window and put the picture next to the window. It was LeeLee's house. I had a crazy thought then it went to a crazy plan, and it might work.
I took the screening off my window and wiggled out. I wonder if I ever sat up here before, it had a perfect breeze and a great view. Anyway, back to the plan. I went to the right side of the house, remembering the ivory climber thing was there, and I could easily climb down it. Except the word 'easily'.
I forgot to check the time too, it must be 3am, and I'm walking to LeeLee's house in pajamas with a question.
I remember his room was one the right side of his house, because I saw him in there a couple times-I mean what? I didn't say that...
I arrive at his window, luckily opened, and I step on a dried up garden. It made a lot of crinkly noises until i heard someone stir.
"Kay?" LeeLee's groggily voice asked. Then I hear creaky springs and Liam appears from the moon light shining in his room from the window. "Why are you here? My dad will kill both of us if we wake him!" He whispers.
"I want to talk to you." I whisper back.
"This late?"
"Come out here," I beckon him with a hand gesture. "Yes it's important."
He climbs out the window, being very cautious and steps over the "garden".
"If my father finds out I'm not in bed, I'll have to live with you guys," he jokes, I think. "So what is it?"
We start walking down our street. I stared at his long brown tangled hair that was sticking everywhere, and I believe a 5 o'clock shadow, yet I couldn't really tell. "I want to know." I say.
"Now?" He says shockingly. "But what if you like get in the coma from remembering things."
"Lee, I'm serious."
"So am I! Plus you look very pale, are you sick?"
"What? I'm fine... Stop changing the subject and tell me."
"Well.." He began. "I was sort of there, but I wasn't..."
