They gave me so much medicine and pills, my brain barely hurts.

My dad rushed into the hospital a little after the tests were all done. He came in and started crying immediately. Which caused me to cry, then LeeLee to cry.

The doctor told my dad what was up, and my dad found the old doctors that treated me and cursed them out, mumbling about suing them.

Turns out parts of my brain were affected from the crash. My motor skills, but my speak was squeaky clean.

Carmen came too, she cheered me up so much. She didn't expect LeeLee to be with me, which was awkward because of prom. But LeeLee stayed next to me, saying 'screw school' every time I said he should go.

Once I finally convinced LeeLee to go home and shower and contact his teachers, I was all alone. My father couldn't stay because of his work, I can't even remember what he does for work.

I flipped through channels on the television, hoping for something good, but it was 80's shows, and I didn't understand the humour.

Knock knock.

"Kit Kat Kay." The voice said at the door. I looked up and it was the last person I'd expect to see, Jay.

I grabbed the red emergency button and let my thumb hover over it. "Don't make me press this." I told him.

"Relax, relax," he said, I didn't.  "I have something to drop off." Out of his pocket he pulled out a phone and a wallet. My phone and my wallet.
He walked over slowly and set them on the nightstand. "Hey, you may not have money in there, but I was glad to return them. You'll thank me later."

"I can't believe you did that."

"Listen Kit Kat, I didn't know what to do. I was stupid, I changed, you know?" He said. "Listen, the popos are after me, sooooooo, I wasn't here.... aight?"

"Bye." I say, and like that he leaves. I look at my phone and wallet, and it's covered in dirt and another substance I wouldn't like to know. I put them underneath my pillow, just incase.

"Do you feel better?" LeeLee entered the room, coming back from the apartment shortly after he left.

"Yes." Actually, no. I lied through my teeth. I wanted him to feel better, I hate seeing him unhappy. I can't move my legs and I can barely move my arms.

"Great!" He said. "I watered your plants too, they seemed pretty dry."

"Did you water the cactus?"

"I tried not to."

"Good." I smiled at him and he smiled back as we watched some 80's show.

Suddenly my chest felt heavier and heavier. I tried to hide it, but I could barely breath, then the room was spinning, then LeeLee's head was spinning. The pain didn't hurt so bad after that.
