I woke up early, the sun shining through my eyelids. I forgot to close the blinds and get changed from last night. Oh well.

I cover my eyes with my hands and yawn. My arms got tired quickly and my plopped on top of my chest. I decide the best option was to close the blinds, so I tried getting out of bed, my legs felt like bricks. I couldn't barely lift them, or make them bend.

I grabbed my phone, my anxiety rushing to my head, it was 7am. I called Liam, I was too afraid to yell, I didn't even know if he was still home, probably is, lazy butt.

Ring ring.
Ring ring.

I heard his phone echo through the wall. "Kay?" He picked up with his morning voice.

"Come to my room, please." My voice was barely audible, probably worse through the phone.

He rushed into my room and stared at me. "What's wrong?" His hair was a mess, like always, with his blue plaid pajama bottoms on.

"M-my legs," I answered, I felt the tears coming and I couldn't help it. "I c-can't move them."

"Are they numb?" He came down and started to touch my one leg. I could feel his poking, and tell where exactly where it was.

"No, I can feel them j-just fine. I don't know what to do." By now my brain was exploding at this moment, probably having a war between the good and the bad.

"You look white as a ghost," he commented, and it made acid run up my throat. "We're going to the hospital."

I sat in a similar room as I was in before, when I forgot everything. Even the bracelet LeeLee got me. He sat next to me, in the same chair my dad did before, and he held my hand as they ran dozens of tests. He also called my dad too, which was a good thing, or my dad would've killed him.

A male doctor arrived in the room, holding a clipboard and had a stethoscope around his neck. "Are you her boyfriend?" He inquired LeeLee.

"Something like that." He replied, he squeezed my hand, I looked over and he was smiling.

"Okay, well only family is allowed in here to hear-"

I stopped him. "He is very much family."

The doctor coughed. "Okay..." He stated. "Well your brain has been having a tremendous traumatic damage over the course of weeks. Have you been involved in any traumatic stunts?"

"She was in a car crash," LeeLee said. "She had amnesia."

"Ah," the doctor tapped his plastic shoes on the floor. "The doctors have failed to mention about coming back for check up, I suppose. I will send in nurses for some medicine, just relax."

His words did not relax me at all. My brain and its war have had enough. My brain trickled in response and my heart monitor responded as well.

Liam squeezed my hand. "Relax," he said. "Everything will be okay."

"And if it isn't?" I look over at him and he's not looking at me, he's staring at the blank wall in front of us.

"It will." He responded.
