Chapter 14: attacking the camp

Flashback Start

It was night time in Vale, Blake had just finished her conversation with Ozpin in setting up how the rehabilitation program should work as well as Ozpin's speech, Blake was told she could sleep with Jun for the night, Blake walked in to the elevator as Jaune followed behind but....

"Jaune, a word please" Ozpin said as Jaune looked at Blake

"I'll be fine Jaune" Blake said with a smile as the doors closed

Jaune turns to Ozpin "So.... what is this about?" Jaune asks as he sat down in the chair in front of Ozpin' desk

"Its about the missing Winchesters" Ozpin said as Jaune raised an eyebrow "Look I know you dislike them because of Cardin, but I can assure you, they are good people and I want you to save them before the other students do"

"Okay but why?"

"If we could find and save them first, then it may strengthen our relationship with them, and we could even get the approval for the program but also we'd have to deal with less nuisances in the future, I will announce it tomorrow and open it, but it won't be official yet"

"What's the difference between opening it and making it offical?" Jaune asks

"Opening it means that police stations and court houses all over Vale can choose it as a option for sentencing but that means some areas don't need to use it, however making it official means it is a must have sentence option for all police stations and court houses and the other kingdoms could also use it as well" Ozpin explained making Jaune nod

"I see"

"So, will you help out or no?" Ozpin asks Jaune

There was a long moment of silence between them until Jaune stands up from his seat

"So.... when do we go to Vacuo?" Jaune asks as Ozpin smiles at Jaune's response

Flashback End

Back at the present, we see Jaune and Port sneaking through some of the buildings soon they split wjth Port heading towards the stables while Jaune goes to free the Winchesters and the council guatds, oddly enough there weren't any guards nearby, nor have they encounter any guards, why? Well its because....

BANG!

A bright light shined in the sky as Jaune and Port saw Jun's signal

"That's the signal" Port said as he takes out Blowhard and uses it to destroy the lock of the crocodile stables as he moves to the animal pens and let's all the animals out

Jun is running while being chased by many raiders and dodging incoming projectiles from them, as she used her semblance "Ghost" to let some of the projectiles she can't dodge to phase through her body without any damage, a semblance worth making her a distraction

Jaune arrived at cage as the Winchesters and council guards looked at him feeling relief

"Thank goodness, you came to save us" Mr. Winchester said in relief

"Don't worry sir, we'll get you all out of there" Jaune spoke as grips on the bars of the cage and soon started to spreading them wide creating a make-shift door for them

"Come on, we gotta leave!" Jaune yells as the Winchesters and the remaining council guards followed Jaune

As they ran one of the councilman guards was pierced by an arrow through his back as he tripped and tumbled, they all turned and saw Jun being chased by the raiders as she was able to catch up to them, the raiders fired another hail of arrows but two of the guards formed barriers from their auras blocking all the arrows
