Kia POV

"What?" Scott says to me extremely shocked by my confession.
"She sabotaged my skates, I was sent the video a couple of months after I left. She took them away and did something to them while I was showering. I had the skates themselves checked over and they confirmed it. She had tampered with the blade. So when I landed the blade snapped"
"Oh my god Kia why haven't you told anyone"
"Because I was away from all the drama and crap scott I was happy and now im being dragged back into it all"

I couldn't help the tears that flowed down my cheeks. Scott reached across and held my hand as I cried.
"She ruined my life scott all because she wanted chris for herself and now she has him. There isn't any point in trying to sort this out now I need to concentrate on my mum. She needs me now"
"You can't let her get away with this Kia you have to at least tell Chris"
I shake my head "I can't Scott, we've both moved on"
"Yeah he is sleeping with the bitch who ruined you"

"I know. But it's not going to do any good to bring all this up again"
"She took that letter Kia you know she did. You and Chris would still be together if it weren't for her"
"Maybe but what's done is done. I'm going to head inside I need to check on mum. Please don't say anything Scott. Please"
"Fine I won't but you should"
"I'll think about it okay"
"Okay"
"I'll see you soon"
"See ya later. Love ya tinker bell"

I can't but giggle "love ya too Peter Pan"
I walk inside and take a deep breath, I have never told anyone what Katie did to me, she got what she wanted and I just want to focus on my mum so I'm hoping Scott will drop it.
As I walk in I hear my mum laughing, I step in the living room and see my brother, my mum and my dad all chatting.
"Hi princess" my dad comes over and hugs me. A hug I desperately needed.
"Hi, what's so funny?"
"Just reminiscing over some childhood memories"
"Oh god! That can't be good"

I sit with my family and we spend the afternoon just talking and laughing. This is how I want to remember my life, with my family and happy. The drama with Chris and Katie completely forgotten.

Chris POV

"Chris wait"
"No Katie! Just leave please"
"You know you want me Chris, you always have"
"No I don't. Your just something that passed the time. Something I played with while I was bored. Nothing important"
I can tell my words hurt her but at this point I didn't care. I had hurt Kia so much by sleeping with Katie. I didn't want that to ever happen.

Katie storms off, I walk back inside to my Ma who is definitely pissed off at me.
"Chris..."
"Don't Ma ok. I know"
I walk off to my old room and sit down on the bed, looking to the side table where a picture of me and Kia still stood proudly. We were so happy and so in love and I just wish I would have received that stupid letter, I definitely would have gone with her. I decide to search for this letter if it wasn't on my table it should be behind it or under my bed or something.

I move everything but I can't find it anywhere, I hear my Ma coming to the door.
"Chris what are you doing?"
"I'm looking for something"
"What?"
"Kia said she left me a letter, asking me to go with her but I never got it. Did you see it?"
"No I didn't. I remember her coming here though, she said she left something in your room"
"Was that the day she left?"
"Yeah it was"

"I don't get it, if she left the letter on my side table then why didn't I see it"
"Katie was here that day. Do you remember?"
I shake my head "all I remember is my heart being broken"
"Katie came by to see how you were. Maybe she took the letter?"
"She wouldn't do that surly?"
"She would Chris. You and I both know she was happy Kia left. I wouldn't put it passed her sweetheart"
She walks back to the kitchen and I'm sat on the floor wondering, if Katie really did take that letter then she ruined my relationship. I needed to find out the truth.
