Its Changed

Chapter 1

I walked down the long hallway in my school, clutching my binders.

"Valerie! Wait up!" I heared someone call.

I turned around and it was my best friend, Emily.

"Hey girl, what's up?" I asked Emily.

Emily was gorgeous. She had strawberry colored hair and freckles. She had caramel colored eyes. She had a little bit of mascara and foundation on, but I don't think she needs it. She is naturally pretty.

"Meh. Nothing much. But OMG have you seen Nash's new vine?" Emily exclaimed.

"No, SHOW ME!" I hollered, while grabbing her phone out of her hands and me, putting my binders on the floor. I then unlocked her phone (Her password was 2001, the year Hayes was born) and opened the vine app. I scrolled until I found Nash's vine account. The vine was some music in the backround and Nash with sunglasses on. He dramatically took them off and then in slow-motion, he dragged the one of the arms across his teeth. The caption was 'sorry if you died'. My mouth was opened.

"Well, that definatly killed me!" I exclaimed.

I then handed Emily back her phone.

"I know right!?" She exclaimed back to me. "Well, I'll see you in History, Val!" Emily said, while rushing off to her class.

"Bye!" I hollered while I picked up my binders from the floor and started walking to math class.

"Valerie Enden please come to the main office, Valerie Enden please come to the main office immendently." The announcement said.

I sighed. I walked back to my locker, put my binders back in there neatly and made my way towards the office. When I got there, I opened the door and walked in. I saw the principal and the superattendent there.

"Hello Valerie, please take a seat." Principal Susan said.

"Hi, why did you want to see me?" I asked.

"Well, I'm afraid we have some news for you Ms. Enden." The principal said stricly.

"Your parents were in a car accident and sadly, they didn't make it."
