Chapter 7

Valerie's POV

*20 minutes later*

We pulled into the long driveway of Cam's house.

"Hereeeeee we are!" Cam exclaimed.

I was actually pretty excited myself. Cam and I had a good conversation in the car. We were telling eachother about ourselves and who we are personallly. I had a huge grin on my face. The moment Cam stopped the car, I undid my seatbelt and rushed out of the car. Ignoring all of the negative thoughts in my head, I sprinted to the front of the house then stood there waiting for Cam.

"Don't you want your stuff?" Cam asked.

"Oh, yeah" I ran back to the car and lifted my stuff up from the trunk and the car and rolled it back to the front door, because it wasn't a far distance. Cam, seeing how excited I was, came to the door with me and unlocked the front door. He jiggled the key in the keyhole then he pushed the door open. He escorted me in. I stepped in and took a deep breath. Yum, smelled like sugar cookies! I looked around and I rolled my stuff near a red couch.

"THIS IS HUGE!" I exclaimed.

Cam chuckled, "Fine, you can think that way"

I smiled.

There was a circular staircase when you walk in and the stairs led to one big door. On either side of the staircase there were doors leading to the kitchen and the living room. The staircase was black and it was glowing-must of been just polished.

"I'm gonna go start making dinner, so you can go and explore!" Cam shouted, while walking straight into the kitchen.

"Ok" I responded.

I chugged up the stairs, my ponytail swishing back and forth and I opened the door at the top of the staircase. It led to a hallway and other doors. I started walking down the hall, opening the doors. The first one on the left was a bathroom and there was a door going to the master bedroom in it. Then the door on the right was a guest bedroom with a another bathroom that connects to it. Then the other bedroom door had a sign that said "Valerie's Bedroom!!" I cautiously opened the door and immediatly my mouth went wide open. It had white flowers with a purple backround as a wallpaper and there was a pink fizzy rug right in the center of the room. My most favorite part of all was the cupola. There was a window and a seat that was rounded. He probably that it would remind me of home. My old house had that cupola and bascially lived there. I did everything on it. I then bellyflopped on my bed and wow it was comfy! I curled up and suddenly I felt really sleepy. I forced my eyes to stay open but I don't think they lasted that long...
