Chapter 5

Valerie's POV

When I saw that person, I screamed and my eyes went wide. I started jumping up and down. I screamed because of excitement, misbelieve, and surprised.

"Wait your-r Cameron Dal-las right??" I stuttered.

"Yes" he answered.

"OHMYGOD, can I hug you? I'm a huge fan and its nice to have a person I love right now because I heard that you and the magcon people broke up and my parents just died in a car crash and I'm just really stressed out and the principal said I have a cousin but both my mom and dad were only childs and yeah." I said quickly. Wow, great first impression Valerie.

"Sure, come here cuzzin!" Cameron exclaimed, letting his arms open for me to hug him.

Wait, why did he say cuzzin as in cousin? Oh well, I'll shrug it off.

I rushed over to him and wrapped my arms around him

"OHMYGOD IM HUGGING CAMERON DALLAS!" I exclaimed.

"I'm glad to see that your a fan because I am your cousin!!"

"Wait what?"

"That's right, I'm your cousin!" He then handed me a sheet of paper.

Dear Valerie,

I think you have figured out who your cousin is. I knew you are going to be excited because I know he is your idol. You are going to be living with Cameron for the future. I'm so so sorry I didn't tell you before. You have to pack up your stuff and move in with Cam as soon as possible because the house is going to be sold soon.I wish I was with you sweetheart!

I looked down at the note again and my eyes strated to tear up.

"THIS IS THE ONLY POSTIVE THING THAT HAS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY!!!!" I screamed, and I hugged Cam again.

I saw Cam smile.

"You seem like a cool person" Cam said.

"Oh, I am. I have a lot of cool things!" I announced.

"Wait did you know I was your cousin before this happened? And how are we related?"

"Ok so to answer your first question, yes I did. I've always known that. My mom told me when I was younger, I could never see you because your mom and dad were going to tell you when they thought you were ready and my mom was going to be your guardian incase of a death-so that's why i am here. I'm 17( I know he isn't in real life but just bare with me) and my mom sometimes isn't home because she is usaully on business trips. Like right now she is in North Carolina. To answer your second question...well...my mom and your mom are well, sisters."

My eyes opened wide while Cam kept explaining.

" She always had her as a sister, but she never wanted to tell you. I don't know why, she never told me that part and so...yeah."

I felt a burning in my throat. How could my parents not tell me any of this? Liars, liars,liars!! I felt the anger, confusion and the ping of sadness inside of me.

"Valerie? Are you ok? your seem mad." Cam asked.

I let a breathe out.

"Yeah, I'm fine"

"I know that this is a lot to take it, but you know, were in this together and its gonna be fun." Cam smiled, while he took my hand and squeezed it. I smiled back and tried not to fangirl. Valerie, your going to be living with him, you can't fangirl every single time he does something.

"Thanks Cam" I quietly responeded.

"Oh! I should probably give you my number, just in case you need some help or a person to be with."

"Yeah that would be great!"

We then swapped phones and entered our number into eachothers phones.

"So, I think I'm gonna go. Text me if you need any help and I'm gonna be picking you up here in three days, so be all packed up!"

"Ok! By Cam!" I said, giving him a hug

"Bye Cuz! It was nice to finally meet you" Cam winked as he walked out of the house.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" I screamed excitedly. I can't believe that I'm gonna be living with the one, the only CAMERON DALLAS and the best of all he is MY COUSIN!! Well, at least this day has gotten a bit better.
