Tweek's POV
_____________
I soon finished my shift at the coffee shop, I disconnected the laptop from bluetooth and set it down in the “Workers ONLY” room of the small shop. I headed out of the shop after saying goodbyes to my parents only to see them in a few hours when they returned about 12:30ish at night. Usually they only work later into the night in the summers, because more kids are out and about to get the instant kick coffee grants you. I was walking back to my house, which would only take a few minutes to arrive if I wanted to jog back, but the sky was beautiful tonight, so I decided to take a detour to Stark’s pond. I already had put on a hoodie at the shop, after because it was supposed to be chilly, which in all reality it always is in South Park. It’s kinda what you sign up for when you move to a small town in Colorado.

As I was walking to there I saw a blue knitted hat, with a dark blue jacket with a NASA logo on the back that was embroidered on, specifically made for him, he had some of his ravenette hair poking out from the sides of his hat. He was just standing by the stop sign, waiting on his phone. Only looking up every few seconds to get a glance at the stoplight to see if he could go across. Until something caught his eye, he saw me staring at him and since he knows me he came over. "Hey" He said plainly. "So where are you headed this late at night?" I asked pointing to the tiny clock on his watch. "Oh, I was coming back from Clyde's. I passed out while he was rambling on about his girl problems, and obviously that's such a bore to listen to, so I got comfortable on his bed and slept" "Why didn't you just stay there? You could get hurt out this late by some creepers. And it's completely dark with only a few sparks of light from a light pole every few blocks. WHAT ABOUT STRIPE DID YOU FORGE-" He grabbed my hand to try to get me to stop talking. "He's fed I gave him extra since I was planning on staying at Clyde's, but I decided to not stay there anymore. It just didn't feel right. I wanted to sleep in my bed and see the stars that's why I came out so late in the night." I just nodded my head "Why are you out, Mr freaks out over literally anything" He said in a snarky tone. I just punched his shoulder. "It's called work. I usually just don't willingly come out to get kidnapped by a alien like Cartman did" "That was a fucking weird day though, he was literally farting fire, and still couldn't believe he was being controlled" "Yeah he even started dancing like Shirley Temple" I just started walking towards Stark's Pond and he just causally walked behind me, like a stalker would do.  "You following me now?" He chuckled "I guess I am, this seems way more fun than going home and analyzing the stars even though that is pretty hard to beat" "Can't we do that there? Stars are all around us at anytime you just have to look up for them" Then we just kept walking in silence.

"So why did we break up?" He asked. I immediately cringed at the question. I knew we both agreed to break up for reasons, and to maybe try again sometime in the future. "You know why" I said turning away from him and started speed walking to try to get him to stop the conversation. "No I actually don't you only texted me saying 'I'm breaking up with you, because you need to have a better boyfriend than me since I am just a freak show, and you need to have a better focus on your school so, you can achieve your dreams up in the sky, love Tweek'  it was fucking ridiculous. I know I can be really apathetic towards people sometimes, it's hard to be interested in things and people. I feel like a robot most the time, doing the same routine over and over and I feel sick doing so. Yet the one person who was keeping me sane from my plain life was you. You gave me joy and something to worry over, and care about. You even gave me Stripe. My pride and joy. But then you had to overthink things as your brain does, and give me that bullshit of a break up text. It was a pussy move dude. I am still very inlove with you and I'll do anything to support you or at least stay by your side to help ease your concerns, we don't even have to be boyfriends at all right now. I just want you to not be acting like your invisible to others. Because your not. You are the one standing out of a group of people. I am the yin to your yang" I stood there with my jaw dropped, "That was so fucking cute and funny coming from a guy who watches the same show on repeat, because it brings me comfort" "Fuck you" "Well, it was very nice of you to say those things but you know we have to become best friends and hang out all the time in order for us to date, because we've both changed for the better" "I'm fine with that then, so friends?" He put his hand out for me to shake it. I grabbed his hand a shook it in agreement to his words.
