"Here Zee." I scanned through the crowd and found Cee waving at me. "Hey." I said as I slipped to my seat. "What's that?" I asked her when she handed me a piece of paper with printed letters on it.

"A paper?" She asked me with her eyebrows raised. I gave her a death glare as I read at the paper.

"Let your parent's sign it. It's a slip for a coming encampment." She said and talk to the people beside her which was Danes and Athena. Jev was not yet around and the other boys are not one of our classmates in this class.

"Parent's? More like mother only. I doubt if I even have a mother." I murmured to myself because that one hell of a traitor friend, named Cee, now that we found new friends, she spend more of her time talking to them.

Not that I'm jealous or something, a little upset maybe? But I know it would just forget it because no matter what happens she'll be always my best friend.

I sighed and insert the slip in my iPhone case.

"Hey, mom." I swallowed the lump on my throat as I heard myself say the word 'mom'. We haven't talk much lately, only when it's needed. As you can see, we're not in so good terms. I doubt if she even realized that.

"Yes, dear?" She asked not looking from the paper works. It fueled my anger even more that she barely even have time for me. I slammed the slip on her table as she looked at me with anger in her eyes.

"Well, thank the heavens, I finally got you attention. Yipiee." I said as sarcastic as I can be.

"What do you want? I'm sick of that attitude of yours Zabrina, I have many much more important things to do than listen to your shits." She put her eye glasses to the table and rested her back to the swivel chair of her office in the study room as she crossed her arms. "What is it this time you need?"

"Wow. Just fuckin' wow." I can't believe at what she had just said, sick of my attitude? really? Tired of my shits? I tried to suck three deep breaths to calm myself down before speaking to her again.

"Did I hear it tight 'mother'? Sick of my attitude? Well glad the feeling is damn mutual ! Don't worry I won't ask you about giving at least some of your time like a few minutes or two and something like that because I'm not that 'important'. Who am I to ask for your time, right? I'm just your daughter. 'Just' your fuckin' daughter who have all the money from her mother who work her ass off all day and all night so this fuckin' daughter right here doesn't need your attention." I was proud of myself that I was able to control my tears and didn't break down at the midst of my speech.

"Forget it. I just needed your signature as my 'parent' to allow me to go for a camping." I said as I air quoted the word 'parent' and slid the paper to her.

"A camp? I won't allow it Zabrina. It's too dangerous." A flash of concern was written all over her face and if I was that stupid, I would have believe that.

"What the hell--"

"Watch your mouth!" She interrupted and now raising her voice.
