The atmosphere in the courtroom was tense as the judge read out the verdict. "After careful consideration of the evidence presented in this case, the court finds the defendant, Niki, guilty of the charges of stalking, breaking and entering, and attempted assault," the judge declared.

There was a collective gasp from the audience as Niki's expression turned from one of confidence to one of shock and despair. Y/N let out a sigh of relief, feeling a weight lifted off their shoulders. They looked over at their family and friends, who were all smiling and nodding in approval.

Niki's lawyer stood up and asked for a moment to speak to their client. Niki nodded, and they stepped out of the courtroom together. The tension in the room began to dissipate, and people began to chatter amongst themselves.

After a few minutes, Niki and their lawyer returned to the courtroom, and the judge began to discuss the sentencing. "Considering the severity of the crimes committed, the court has decided to sentence the defendant to 10 years in prison, with the possibility of parole after 5 years," the judge announced.

Niki looked visibly shaken, their face turning pale as they realized the gravity of the situation. Y/N felt a twinge of sympathy for them, but also knew that justice had been served. They looked over at Niki one last time before leaving the courtroom, feeling grateful that this chapter of their life was finally over.

As they stepped outside, Y/N's friends and family rushed over to congratulate them. They all hugged and exchanged words of relief and happiness. Y/N felt a sense of closure and peace, knowing that they could finally move on from the trauma of the past few months.

The judge banged his gavel and declared, "The jury has found the defendant, Niki, guilty on all charges of stalking, harassment, breaking and entering, and attempted assault. The court hereby sentences Niki to ten years in prison."

Niki hung his head in defeat as the courtroom erupted in cheers and applause. Y/N couldn't help but feel a sense of relief wash over her. Justice had been served, and she could finally move on from this terrifying chapter of her life.

As Niki was escorted out of the courtroom in handcuffs, Y/N made eye contact with him one last time. She could see the anger and resentment in his eyes, but she didn't let it phase her. She knew that she had been strong enough to stand up to him, and that was all that mattered.

Y/N took a deep breath and walked out of the courtroom, feeling like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She knew that the healing process would take time, but she was ready to move forward and live her life without fear.

The judge pronounced the sentence, "Niki, based on the evidence presented and the testimony given, this court finds you guilty of the charges against you. You are sentenced to 20 years in prison without parole."

Niki's face fell as the reality of the situation set in. Y/N felt a sense of relief wash over her. Justice had been served, and she could finally move on from this terrifying ordeal.

As Niki was led away in handcuffs, Y/N turned to leave the courtroom. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see one of the detectives who had worked on her case.

"I just wanted to say that we couldn't have done it without your courage and cooperation, Y/N. You did the right thing by coming forward and testifying against Niki," the detective said.

Y/N smiled weakly, feeling a sense of gratitude towards the detective and the rest of the law enforcement officers who had helped bring Niki to justice.

"Thank you," she said softly.

As Y/N walked out of the courtroom, she felt like a weight had been lifted off her shoulders. She could finally begin to heal from the trauma of the past few months and start to move on with her life.

The judge looked down at Niki and spoke in a stern voice, "Based on the evidence presented and the testimonies heard, this court finds you guilty of all charges. You are hereby sentenced to 25 years in prison."

Niki's face twisted in anger as he was led away in handcuffs. Y/N breathed a sigh of relief, feeling like justice had finally been served.

As she left the courthouse, Y/N couldn't help but feel a sense of emptiness. While she was glad that Niki was being punished for what he had done to her, she couldn't shake the trauma that still lingered within her.

Over the next few weeks, Y/N focused on healing and moving on with her life. She started seeing a therapist to work through her trauma and eventually found the strength to forgive herself for what had happened.

One day, Y/N received a letter in the mail from Niki. In it, he apologized for what he had done and expressed regret for the pain he had caused her. Y/N felt a mix of emotions as she read the letter, but ultimately decided to let go of the anger and resentment she had held onto for so long.

Years later, Y/N had moved on from the traumatic experience and found happiness in her life. While she would never forget what had happened to her, she knew that it didn't define her and that she had the power to choose how she wanted to live her life.
