So today is my first progress picture I actually have something to show for my efforts now I have my face and head all censored cuz no one needs to see what I look like on here that's private info only available for flock members so don't ask for a face reveal and no I won't just let people see if they join it has to be a full commitment to the flock for that info so here is the progress picture

As you can see I have the v shaped stretch mark on my back it's starting to show for the effort I have put into this over the last year I had a year long break so don't expect a progress picture soon I will only post another when I have more visible progress and this is with my arms relaxed and like you would normally have your arms set it's a bit twisted because of the way I had to hold my phone for the picture but other then that my back is relaxed for this!
And sorry I never got to posting a second March 5th chapter I was quite busy but I hope this helps to motivate those who need it and also sorry that I don't have the discord link I forgot about that 👀
