"Okay okay, just one more kiss," I say, pulling Julie up to me and giving her a quick kiss on the cheek before passing her to Isa. "Be good for uncle Chilli and aunty Isa my baby girl! We'll see you soon."
Charles gives a quick kiss then firmly takes my hand and pulls me towards the door.
I turn to Isa and Carlos. "Thank you so much. Call me if you need me! We'll be right here if she gets too much."
Charles laughs. "No, we won't. Try not to need us please."
Isa laughs with him. "We will be fine. We're going to have the best time. Enjoy it. We'll see you later."
Charles pulls me out of the door as I blow one more kiss toward Julie and then Carlos shuts the door with a laugh behind us.
"You sure you want to do this? We can go get her and just get a pizza, you look stressed Ophy-fille." Charles whispers, brushing my hair out of my face.
I nod and smile at him, my stomach filling with butterflies when he says my nickname. "I most definitely want to do this. I just didn't think it would be so hard to leave her behind."
He smiles, placing a gentle kiss on my lips and then holding my face in his hands. "I know. But we need some time for ourselves. Isa is going to have so much fun with her. Now come on, let's go have some fun." He takes my hand again and guides me out of the hotel.
We get to the restaurant where Charles has made a reservation and the hostess leads us to a more private table towards the back of the restaurant.
Charles pulls my chair out for me and then takes his seat, he orders a bottle of wine for us, then looks at me. "You pumped enough to get her through the night right?"
I nod. "Yip. I'm free to have some wine with you."
He reaches over and takes my hand. "Have I told you that you look absolutely breathtaking tonight?"
I blush, dipping my head down.
He puts his thumb under my chin and pushes my head up, making me look at him. "I've missed you so much mon amour. I didn't realize how much life would change, and it all changed so quickly."
I smile, taking his hand in mine again and squeezing it. "It's been hard Charlsie. Especially when you aren't around. But it's been so worthwhile. This is the life we are building, and I'm so grateful for it."
He nods. "I only ever want you to be happy mon amour, your happiness is everything to me. When I came in yesterday and you looked so distraught, I was worried. Are you coping alright?"
"I'm fine baby." I smile. "I promise. Sometimes I get overwhelmed but I wouldn't change any of this for the entire world. Mostly because this is my entire world. You and Julie. You are my everything."
Our food comes and we talk over dinner. When we're done Charles takes my hand and leads me down to the beach. He pulls me into his lap when he sits down on the sand, wrapping his arms around my waist, his lips on my neck.
I moan quietly, feeling the fire in me starting.
I push his head away. "Not here baby. This is way too public."
He laughs. "I'm just getting you ready for later."
I pull his head towards me, locking my lips with his.
When I pull away he's grinning, I lean against his chest and we watch the waves crashing against the shore.
I shiver and Charles pushes me off of his lap, pulling me to stand with him. "Let's get back."
