— Opening time!!
A freckled dude with a few kids walks in, smiling when he sees Beatrix at the front desk. "Hello!" He says, as one of the kids peeks, with half of their face showing above the counter. "Hello! Welcome to Cafae All day. How may I take your order?"
He scoops up one of the little kids. "We love nothing more than surprises. Can we get a dozen random donuts, s'il vous plaît?" "Oui, Monsieur! Coming right up." Trixie grabs 3 blueberry donuts, two specialty donuts, five glazed, and two chocolate covered. "That will be 12.93, cash or card?" "Cash, if you don't mind it?" He handed her a 20. "And for simplicity's sake, keep that change." He said. "Merci, have a good day Monsieur." "Toi, aussie!" He walks out, the kids following behind. "I wonder if he's married...."
As he pulls his keys out for the car, he realizes he left his wallet lying on the cafe's counter. "Oh– Oh, no." He walks around to the other side of the car, and taps on the window, before it's rolled down by the oldest kid inside. "Uhhhh, I forgot an important thing. Would you sit here with them for a moment?" He asks her. "Totally! Was it your wallet again?" She asks. "Does that really happen often?" "Yes." "Hm."
He walks back inside. "Hello, again, Miss!" "Oh hello, forget something?" She smiled "Yep! I just want to know how I managed to leave my wallet on the counter, here!" He said, grabbing it once again. He was almost through the door when he heard "Are you taken?!" "Oh! Uh, Nope. Not at the moment." He turned around, his face beginning to go red.
Rosemary opened the pantry door, "So I'm not the only one with a crush, huh." "Oh, hello!" The guy waved at them, ignoring what was said... For the most part. :"Oh I didn't realize you were still here. Oops." "Not a problem!" He just smiled at Trixie. "You two definitely aren't the only ones with crushes." He walks out.
Nyx walks over to the front desk with Trixie. "Hey, did that guy leave this here?" The wallet was gone, but a piece of paper with a... PHONE NUMBER remained. "Looks like a phone number~" She just continued walking past. "Oh Nyx, do you wanna hang out again tonight?" Rosemary said. "Oh, absolutely!" Nyx said.
"Why is everyone in love but me?" Buddy made crocodile tears with her hands.
