After a goodbye to Bill (and very goodbye to Fleur), and a note to Ragnarok to... ah, collect the Basilisk, Harry apparated back and fixed his list for the third week.
Two major things were there: A check- up on the Curse Scar at St. Mungo's, and get a lawyer. Other things- get more books from Diagon Alley, pay a visit to Fleur, buy new clothes and others also remained on the list.
At the moment, though, he decided on some reading.
Lessons on Wizarding Law.

The Lord of the House of any Ancient and Noble House is vested with enormous powers. All seats of that House are represented by him. The more influence his house has, the better is his voting rights and political influence. The seats the House has is determined by the political power already existing for the House. He selects the Heir to succeed him, at his discretion. A new Heir can only be appointed by his discretion, or if the Chosen Heir is dead, insane, incarcerated, or in any other form unfit to head the House. His decision is always undisputed and he can also adopt into the family or cast out from the family any person. While this is by no means exclusive, his undisputability allows his decision to reign Supreme. He can also, in the Wizengamot, align his house with the Light, Grey / neutral, or Dark factions. He can also make alliances with, or declare blood- feuds against, other Houses, individuals, other parties including even nations. He has access to all the family magic and can, at his discretion, permit or deny access to it. This magic is sealed in the family grimoire, his most controversial and powerful tool: for instance, newly- wedded brides into the family are allowed access, while cast- out members are denied so. No one other than the Head of the House can teach family magic to anyone. The Head is thus, omnipotent as far as the House is concerned.
Cyrus Greengrass was indeed an impressive politician, lawyer and writer. And Harry needed the aid of this man to defeat the Chief Warlock Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore.
He picked up the next book.
It was Secrets of the Darkest Art.
Horcruxes are a path to immortality. Not many prefer it to death. It is the Darkest and  foulest of his magic. It consists of splitting the soul and encasing them in various containers. Inanimate objects are generally preferred. Such a form of existence is worse than a spirit or a ghost. The other reason is that it  cannot be created unless innocent people are murdered with a sadistic touch to it. Righteousness is not possible. You have to enjoy it and seal it in a container. Your soul has to be torn apart by the sheer evil. Horcruxes are the guardians of immortality and cannot be destroyed easily. Avada Kedavra, Basilisk Fangs, the Veil of Death and Fiendfyre are the only things that can consume a soul and make sure it cannot recover. However, if it is, by chance destroyed, it could be disastrous. The magical people cannot create more than one Horcrux because they lack the energy to do so, although they are aware that the soul can be split into seven Horcruxes. It also has an effect of insanity and increased sadism. Ultimately, when any one makes the seven Horcruxes, the person loses all the shreds of humanity. However, if you repents all the deeds you have done, the pieces of soul come together... to form a real human.
Harry almost dropped his book. Horcruxes. Voldemort had created Horcruxes... no wonder he was so sadistic and inhuman, and why a
Ginny had been possessed like that.
One must be his Scar.
He must find out where the heck the other Horcruxes were.
St. Mungo's.

Mad- Eye Moody felt most perplexed at all this. What friend could Harry Potter be visiting? No, it must be an elaborate cover for the concealment of his true intentions. Vernon Dursley also looked pretty shifty.
He needed to Find out what was going on.
