'There is indeed a soul leech, or a Horcrux, lodged in your soul. However, it has not crossed the outer part of your brain, which is why it has not yet completely changed your personality and killed you. He- Who- Must- Not- Be- Named probably left it in you while he tried to kill you. ' Healer Sycorax explained.
'Can we remove and destroy it, then?'
'Yes. Destroying a Horcrux might be difficult, but it is not impossible. ' The Healer pointed her wand at him. 'STUPEFY!'

Harry woke up, in an extremely confused manner.
Then, he remembered...
How the old woman had stunned him. Was she a Death Eater?
His scar! It was gone!
'So, the ritual worked.' Hissed the man. 'Having worked as a Healer and studying Dark Magic has its benefits. '
'Who are you?' Harry asked.
'Evan Rosier. Moody thought he had killed me... but, I will give this Horcrux to my lord...' Rosier laughed.
'Evan- wait, you are the Death Eater...?'
'Of course. My Lord will get this Horcrux back. He will keep it safe. Safe from you-'
'AVADA KEDAVRA!' Harry saw it was his last chance... Besides, the Killing Curse was the only way to destroy the Horcrux.
A scream as the Voldemort- like shriek marked the death of the Horcrux. Rosier went completely still, before crashing flat to the ground.
Harry jumped from the lone window in the room, twisting and Disapparating in mid- air.

DEATH EATER FOUND DEAD IN ST. MUNGO'S
The Wizarding World was left in shock when it emerged that a Death Eater, previously presumed dead, was actually FOUND dead in St.  Mungo's Hospital.
Evan Rosier, a high- level Death Eater in the First Wizarding War, was found dead, starting off a political row. He was the son of Vinda Rosier, the right- hand of Dark Wizard Gellet Grindelwald. Rosier served He- Who- Must- Not- Be- Named in the First Wizarding War. His Death came at the hands of one Alastor Moody, a distinguished Auror. And currently, had was presumed a dead man.
However, the brutal murder of 17th. June, 2015, proves to us the incorrectness of the claim. Evan Rosier was clearly alive and in St. Mungo's, where distinguished Wizards and Witches visit for their treatment.
Such an incident has clearly raised hackles in the Ministry and the public, considering that the Death Eaters were proclaimed Under Control a month ago. Does that mean that You- Know- Who Is back?
More importantly, who killed Evan Rosier?

Mad- Eye Moody was quite worried. Evan Rosier was alive? Harry Potter had taken to constantly vanishing. This was infuriating.
Moody decided to do one thing: Interrogate that guy and find out!
Unfortunately, he did not see the wand pointed at him. He thought he was safe under the Invisibility Cloak.
'Obliviate!'
All memories were wiped out. Asking the Dursleys for information, looking for the entire thing, finding out Evan Rosier was alive, suspecting that Harry Potter had something to do with it, all of the memories.
Mad- Eye Moody was not able to remember anything of that anymore. Harry felt relief as he walked away.
Unfortunately... something else was at work.

Dumbledore knew that his friend could die. But he had suspected. He would attempt to break through the memory loss, and there was only one way: Voldemort having unlocked Bertha Jorkins' memories.
He employed a similar method. Alastor ended up a vegetable. Dumbledore had no use for him anymore, so he disposed of Alastor and dropped the body at Diagon Alley.
Dumbledore leered as he Apparated away. With Harry Potter and Tom Riddle out of the way, he would be left Supreme.
