This is to inform you that there is an abomination, a Horcrux, a sacrilege to magic, in the Lestrange vault. The vault in question belongs to the Death Eaters Rudolphus and Rabastan Lestrange. They were given the Horcrux for keeping at Gringotts. According to the rules, I believe that such a dangerous, disgusting object must be removed and liquidated as soon as possible. It also keeps Lord Voldemort, in reality Tom Marvolo Riddle (and Gaunt) alive. It is in the interest of wizards and goblins to be destroyed.
Also, I am taking the effort to inform you that the contract of marriage between Bellatrix Black and Rudolphus Lestrange is null and void. Bellatrix was not aware of the object being a Horcrux, and willingly gave the information back. Therefore, she is a member of House Black once again. She is also no more a Death Eater and has forsaken Lord Voldemort. I, therefore, ask for the return of the 80000 Galleons of dowry back from the Lestrange vault before you seal it.

Ragnarok was super- Enraged that Lord Voldemort had dared to discredit their bank and put it in outright danger (A piece of soul from a Dark Wizard, could cause an incident like the Chamber of Secrets). Plus, if the Horcrux became extremely powerful, and if seven, the highest number, all potentially gained corporeal forms, eight Lords Voldemort would be running around Great Magical Britain. And immediately, the Magical contract was annulled, the 80000 Galleons transferred, the vaults shut down, and the Horcrux destroyed.

With Bellatrix added to his growing harem, Harry began to spend the rest of his holidays in peace. Of course, there were two minor infractions: on 1st. July, Harry decided that the Ministry and supporting media had gone too far. The result- he bought the Daily Prophet and Friends, merged the newspapers, and appointed Remus Lupin the editor.
The second was a number of Ministry- related incidents: first, the trial of Ronald and Molly Weasley, for fraud and corruption, and sentences to Azkaban, on 13th. July. The very next day, Sirius was tried, and soon declared innocent, taking over the Wizarding Wireless Network. On 14th. July, was the trial of Dolores Umbitch, who, it was found out, had sent Dementors after Harry and arranged a sham trial, which resulted in the Dursleys being Kissed. She was also guilty of pro- Death Eater activities, Misuse of power, fraud, corruption, espionage for Voldemort, and treason. She was sent through the Veil, and the Ministry ordered (after public pressure) an investigation into Voldemort. Hardly did they know, that the problems would begin.
