Hey, I gained a little weight. Not too much, just a couple pounds. I don't think it's that big of a deal, but the doctor thinks it is.
I sat on the chair/bed thingy as I waited for the doctor to come in. I noticed my belly sat on my lap a little, but I didn't care. It's just a little bit. The doctor walked in and smiled at her, "Hello Mr.Clifford." She stated, she didn't seem to happy about seeing me. "Hi, is there something wrong?"
I asked, "I don't know, we'll find out." She fake smiled, damn she's a bitch. She told me to step on the scale and I did, not looking at my weight because I was a little worried. "Michael, you were 160 last time we spoke correct?" She asked and I nodded. "You have gained a bit of weight, seeing you are now at 190." I mentally gasped, I didn't know I gained that much. "How often do you exercise?" "Ummm, not too often." I mumbled, "What's your diet?" She asked. "Mainly junk food." I muttered. "I suggest you change your diet and exercise more, get rid off that." She stated and gestured to my belly. My heart sank to my shoes, I let myself go completely.
I sat on the couch with my arms crossed over my chest, wearing a baggy hoodie to hide the belly I was now insecure of.
