Michael heard his baby's cries through the baby monitor, he got up and went into her pale purple walled nursery, seeing the 1 year old crying in her crib. He picked her up and cradled her in his arms, "Shh, baby girl, mummy's got you. It's all good baby Hood." He cooed, giggling at the end. Erica gripped onto Michael's shirt and cuddling into her mummy's soft chest, Michael felt two arms around his waist and then someone kiss his neck. "Good morning sunshine." Calum smiled, "Morning." Michael grinned and rocked the now sleeping baby in his arms. Calum squeezed Michael's waist before letting go and kissing Erica's her forehead before Michael laid her down in her crib, "I'm gonna take a shower,I feel....icky." Michael grimaced and his husband chuckled as he walked to the bathroom, the pink haired boy turned on the shower and took off his tshirt, catching a glimpse of himself in the mirror, frowning a little at his reflection. He stopped and pinched a his love handles, grimacing a little and he lifted his pudgy belly, letting the flesh fall back down and he sighed, taking off his underwear and stepping into the shower, quickly washing up before getting out and drying off. He slid on an oversized jumper and baggy sweats, going back to Erica's nursery and peering into her crib, her little brown eyes looking up at him as he played with her soft blonde hair like he used to have, "You would look pretty with pink hair, but Papa says we can't dye it. Too bad because I carried you and I pushed you out, so he'll have to deal with it." Michael smiled, he knew she wouldn't give a real response and he didn't care, he could talk to his baby girl forever about anything, she couldn't judge him. "You know, you and your Papa made me the happiest person alive. I love him and you with all my heart and I always will, even though you me fat." Michael chuckled at the end, "I hope you like your body, unlike me. I want you to be happy about yourself, not think you're fat or ugly like me." He cooed. "You're neither." He heard Calum say and he jumped, turning around and seeing a shirtless Calum standing in the doorway, "Don't scare me like that you jerk." Michael laughed and Calum chuckled, hugging Michael, "Do you really think all of that?" He asked and the pink haired boy bit his lip, "Well, it's true." Michael mumbled, looking down at his feet. "On what planet?" Calum asked, "All of 'em." Michael frowned and Calum put his finger under his chin so his husband was now looking at him.
"You are the prettiest person I've ever seen."
"No I'm-"
"Don't finish that sentence. You have gotten even hotter than when we first met, and I didn't think that was possible. I don't care if you gained a few pounds, we got something beautiful from it. I love you for you and nothing will ever change that." Calum rambled and Michael hugged him as tight as he could, a few tears leaving his eyes. "I love you babe." Calum smiled, "I love you too." Michael sniffled.
