You woke up in the middle of the night freezing cold. The ceiling fan in your room on full blast and Jack sleeping peacefully next to you.

You sat up and glanced at your boyfriend. The large comforter you two (usually) shared bundled up on his side of the bed. Now you regretted wearing shorts and a tee to bed.

Grasping the blanket in your hands, you pulled at Jack's burrito frame, but he wouldn't budge.

"Jack," You shook him. "Wake up."

"Mmm, lemme sleep." He whined and turned away so he was now facing away from you.

"Jack, it's freezing in here. Gimme some of the blanket."

He only curled up tighter, clearly ignoring you in his sleepy state.

"Bitch, I'm cold. Share the blanket." Your voice was sharp, as your exhaustion was still very much present.

"Get your own burrito." He said, eyes closed.

Rolling your eyes, you knew he was dreaming and there was no point in trying.

You glanced for the fan remote and frowned when you couldn't find it. Jack was probably sleeping on it. of course.

Thinking you could just change into a long sleeve and sweats, you sadly realized you skipped out on doing the laundry yesterday because you realized you wanted to go to bed earlier. Funny how that played out.

Letting out a loud groan, you got up and moved over to his side of the bed. You shoved him over as best as you could and climbed in, careful not to fall off the edge.

He still had the entirety of the blanket rolled around him and wasn't waking up anytime soon.

You loved Jack, you really did. However, dealing with a blanket hog was never on the list when you made it official. Jack was a very heavy sleeper and it was impossible to wake him up in under 10 minutes.

Shivering again, you curled up next to his front side as best as you could.

After a few painful minutes of adjusting, hoping to grab some of the blanket from Jack, you eventually dozed off.

About an hour later, Jack awoke with a start. He just had the weirdest dream of a burrito that was upset that they weren't heated up enough.

"Fuck, I gotta stop getting faded before bed." He muttered. He stretched out and was shocked when he realized he was wrapped up in the entire blanket.

"Dammit." Jack muttered, knowing this wasn't the first time either.

Looking around for your body, he felt the lump next to him.

You were shivering in your sleep as your body curled up in itself, trying to preserve heat.

"Shit, ma." He moved over and quickly unwrapped himself from the blanket. He spread it out over the bed and felt something hit his leg.

The fan remote. He turned the fan on its low setting and set it on the bedside table.

"C'mere, babygirl." He wrapped his arms around your cold body and wrapped you both under the comforter. He lifted you up and made it so he was now spooning you.

His foot grazed yours and he flinched at how cold it was.

"God damn women and their icicle feet." Jack muttered, but shut up quickly when you stirred.

You groaned in your sleep and shifted closer to him, admiring the newfound warmth. Jack smiled and softly ran his hand along your back, the other acting like a pillow for your head. He just about died of cuteness when you subconsciously buried your face in his chest and grabbed a fistful of his shirt.

"I love you. Sorry for acting like such a blanket hog." Jack kissed your head and soon drifted off to sleep as well. He reminded himself to spoil you tomorrow or he'll never hear the end of it.
