And the last time he was here, he was saying goodbye to go to that Jujutsu school. Now look at him. In another's body, on a silly quest, thousands of years later, to his burnt down old house. A part of Sukuna was saddened that the place he grew up in was destroyed, like it was nothing.

Another part of him was in fury. At the villagers, and mostly at himself for even agreeing to go. But it was just a house, it can always be repaired. Right? Sukuna forgot the reason as to why he was even in the village in the first place.

Sukuna found himself sitting in the middle of his childhood room, knees pulled up to his chest. Many thoughts in his mind. What could he have done differently? At the moment, Sukuna didn't care, he allowed himself to go down in memory lane as it all was coming back to him.

He smiled at most memories, and frowned at most. God, he missed his younger days, but like everyone else, you have to grow up one way or another.

Sukuna opened his eyes, which seemed heavy. Oh, he had fallen asleep... Sukuna rubbed his face and stood up, legs a bit wobbly. He promised himself that he would restore the house, he saddened him to see it in this state.

He turned around and walked out of the house, not before fixing the hood. Itadori had reminded Sukuna why they were there.

"Can I remain in control?" Sukuna asked.

    "Sure I guess" Itadori said.

Sukuna smiled slightly, and began looking for that fruit that Pepper had wanted.

Sukuna thought it was hours when in all reality it was only 45 minutes. Sukuna soon found it, but it was in a prize table for a little competition. Sukuna smiled a bit.

"Haven't seen these little fighting competitions in a long while" He said to himself.

"How are we gonna get it? Steal it?" Itadori asked.

"Nah, let's compete, no one is gonna beat me if it's fighting, I was best at my hand to hand combat back then" He said as he walked to the area.

"You do you then..."  Sukuna could feel Itadori rolling his eyes.

But at the moment, Sukuna didn't care, all he wanted, was that fruit. And maybe some fun as well.

All three of Megumi, Nobara and Rin started to adjust slightly to a life without Itadori and their favorite curse. Granted, it's only been a day or 2.... But they were slowly adjusting. Not much however.

It was early afternoon and Rin started to prepare lunch for his friends, and his teacher, Gojo. Rin went through many thoughts about what to make. But his mind was blank. Rin sighed for the thousandth time that hour.

He rubbed his face and turned around and saw Megumi there. Rin jumped.

"Holy shit I didn't know you were there!" Rin said.

Rin held his chest as he took a deep breath to calm himself. Megumi just rolled his eyes and walked further in the kitchen.

"What are you doing?" Megumi asked.

"Trying to figure out what to make for lunch, you want anything so I can prepare?" Rin asked as he stood up straight, like he didn't just have his soul travel out of his body.
