A place to be hidden...(Book #2)

    "Rin, can I entrust my powers and whole kingdom to you?" He asked.

    Rin wasn't sure what Satan was going to ask, but he sure as hell wasn't expecting Satan to ask this question.

   "you... Want to entrust what to me?" Rin was speechless.

   "I'm asking you, if I can trust everything of mine to you? My demonic powers, my kingdom everything." He asked once again.

   Rin, had no idea what to say. This... This was a lot, what was he going to say?

      Rin was shocked, he tried to find any trace of Satan (Hopefully) joking. But there was nothing but seriousness and stern in his expression, voice, and eyes. Rin thought for a moment, would Rin even do a good job at running such a place?

    Rin grew up knowing practically nothing about demons, and suddenly, he finds out they are real, and now... How would he even run a castle?

    "You... Can think about it Rin, I know it's a tough question. Since we are blood related, I figured you would be the best to ask, I couldn't ask Yukio as he doesn't have any demonic powers, and.. I trust you. So please take your time in thinking it over" Satan said as he placed loving hands on each of Rin's shoulders.

    "But... I don't even know how to run a castle" Rin said.

    "It's really not hard, you're doing nothing but making sure all the demons are in check and not fucking anything up" Satan said plainly.

    "Oh?" Rin asked.

    If it was only that, then it couldn't be that hard.... Right?

   Rin walked back to the Jujutsu school and was greeted with Megumi whipping something up for dinner. 

   "Welcome back Rin" Nobara said.

   Rin nodded "Yea, how are you guys?" He asked.

    "Not too bad, so, where were you?" Nobara asked.

    "I was visiting my father" he said.

    "How was it?" Megumi asked.

    "It wasn't good, but it also wasn't bad. My father.... I... I think he's losing control of the demons" Rin said.

    Both Megumi and Nobara were silent.

    "That... Would explain the amount of demons nowadays" Nobara sighed out.

    Rin nodded "Yea, and... He asked that I take his place as king of hell since he's getting to the point he physically can't do it anymore" Rin said.

    "What did you say?" Megumi asked.

    "I said I would think about it" Rin said, looking depressed.

   "Well, there's no rush, well, if you think about it. Your father is getting weaker and weaker. God knows how much longer he has until his body breaks down" Nobara said.

    Rin furrowed his eyebrows "You're right..." He mumbled.

   "Rin, he said to take your time, having to be the king of hell must be a hard job to do. So take your time to think about it, cause once you agree, you can't go back unless you either have someone to replace you, or have an heir" Megumi said.
