A place to be hidden...(Book #2)

    Satan scoffed, and turned his head away from Sukuna's gaze.

   "I have no fucking reason to continue on with my life" Satan spat.

   "If you didn't before, now you do" Sukuna said.

   "Oh yea? And what's that?" Satan asked.

  "Live for your kids, and me" Sukuna pleaded.

  Satan stared wide eyed to Sukuna.

    Truth is, Sukuna always liked Satan, to the point he just wanted Satan dead. Sukuna had always been good at hiding his emotions, so no one was able to get the tiniest hint that Sukuna even liked him. Sukuna was really good at hiding his emotions. 

    It was difficult for Sukuna to express his feelings or emotions to the point that he can't even express them anymore. So telling somebody about them was out of the question. Much less Satan. But to suddenly tell Satan while Satan was dying, both confused and pissed the demon king off.

    Itadori hid as he heard everything. His eyes are wide, heart pounding. He did not expect to walk in on Sukuna and Satan kissing, and to hear Sukuna just... Confess was something else.

    "Why should I? I'm going to die regardless if I try to fight for my life" Satan spat once more.

    Itadori had to cover his mouth to hide his heavy breathing.

    "Doesn't your kids mean anything to you?" Satan asked harshly.

    "They do mean something-"

   "I guess not well enough for you to not want to try saving your own life" Sukuna said.

    Satan pushed Sukuna away, and Sukuna gladly stepped back to give Satan space.

    "Just leave me alone, what I do with my life is none of your concern" Satan glared at the curse king.

     "It matters now knowing your kids have less time with you now" Sukuna said.

     "If they mean so much to you, you have two choices-"

    "Don't you dare-"

    "Listen to me bitch" Sukuna spat.

    Satan shut himself. Itadori could feel the intensity of the two kings. So... Satan was dying?

    "You have two choices Satan, either you fight for your life for them, or spend more time with them if you are not going to do anything about saving your life" Sukuna said.

    There was a moment of silence.

    "I may not be a father, but I know for a damn fact that a father is important, and for a child to know that the father is doing nothing to save their own life, what would your kids think? I know they are all grown up, but still, you are way older than them and they look up to you for an example. If you don't care about your life, they might as well not care for theirs" Sukuna said.

     Satan seemed to be in thought.

    "Now, bring your ass to bed" Sukuna said.

    The footsteps of Satan and Sukuna faded, Itadori looked past the wall and the 2 kings were nowhere in sight. Itadori frowned, he felt saddened. He didn't know if he should alert Rin and the others. 

    But there was one thing he can say.

    Was that Rin and his siblings needed to spend more time with Satan..
