Rin did not want to lose another father in his life. He already lost Shiro, he did not want to lose Satan, granted he's the one who killed Shiro, Rin hasn't forgiven him for it, but he did give him another chance.

Rin was going to do his best to protect Satan from getting killed by the demons who used to obey him.

    Rin couldn't protect Shiro,

    But he'll protect Satan...

With the little free time Rin had, Rin went ahead to see Satan. Rin found a new way to go to hell, his older sister, King of fire, taught him. So Rin learnt rather quickly. Rin appeared in hell, and was not expecting what he saw.

He stood in front of the castle, but the castle was surrounded by a pinkish sphere. Rin was in it, but what sent shivers was the amount of demons surrounding the place, trying to get in. They were roaring, and just trying to break in.

Rin ignored them and walked in the castle. It was rather quiet, Rin didn't trust it.

"Itadori! Sukuna! Satan?! Are you alive?" Rin called out.

"Chill bro" Rin turned his head and saw Itadori standing there with a smile.

Rin smiled "Hey, hows my father?" Rin asked, walking up to Itadori.

"I can't say he's doing well, he's gotten pale, more sleep deprived and... Something else I can't pinpoint." Itadori sighed out.

    "Getting weaker?" Rin asked.

    "I think so-what?" Itadori asked.

Rin nodded, and told Itadori about what that demon told him when Rin was fighting. Itadori was stunned, and then looked in thought.

"I see... Well, what should we do?" He asked.

"I suppose we talk to Satan and ask if there is a way to bring a demon back to full health" Rin suggested.

"If that doesn't work?" He asked.

    "I.... I don't know..." Rin was worried.

Both Rin and Itadori have no clue what to do.

    "Where's my father?" Rin asked.

"He said his room that he was going to sleep and try to regain his strength" Itadori said.

Rin nodded, and started making his way to Satan's room. Itadori watched as Rin walked up the light grey marble stairs.

   "Papa?"

"My dear boy... I'm sorry.. I wish I could have been a better father to you"

"Wh-whats happening? Why are the demons turning against you?"

A single hand gently patted the dark Navy blue hair of the small boy.

"It's my time to go, that's why.."

"Go where? Can I go with you?"

"I'm sorry Satan, you can't go."

Small tears began to well up in the small boy's eyes. He hugged his father tightly.

"Don't go" He sobbed and pleaded.
