Matt walked into the hospital room, all his friends clouding his visions of the hospital bed where Nora laid.

Once everyone noticed Matt was there, they cleared a path for him.

That's when he made eye contact with Nora.

"Matt-"

"Oh my god," Matt mumbled as he hurried to her side, her head still laying on her pillow. She looked incredibly tired but happy to see him.

He touched her face as tears streamed down their faces. They touched foreheads as Matt grabbed her hand and squeezed.

"I'm here Matt," She whispered as everyone in the room teared up from the best friends meeting again. Matt pulled apart to see her whole.

Her arm had a cast and her head had a couple of bandages. Matt quickly wiped his tears and grabbed both of her hands.

"I am so sorry Nora. I can't believe I caused you this much harm, Please forgive me-" Matt said as Nora shook her head, trying to sit up, but she was still too weak.

Matt helped her lay bath down as she started talking.

"Matt... It's not your fault. I can barely remember the day anyways- And I will never judge you for something like that,"

Matt made eye contact with Chris as he sighed. "You don't remember that day?"

"Bits and pieces," Nora admitted as Matt felt his heart drop. Chris placed his hands on Matt's shoulder.

"I was explaining to E what the doctors said-" Nora said but Ethan cut her off.

"Retrograde amnesia where you forget previous memories and not old ones," Ethan explained wanting to sound smart in front of his sister who had just woken up.

"Yes, it has to do with how I hit my head," Nora said as Matt trailed his hand over the bandage of her forehead, It wrapped along her head.

"So I don't remember most of those days," She explained as Matt's breath quickened, ready to try all over again.

Does this mean that they both confessed... for nothing?

Matt had spent almost all of the day by her side, right now Nora had made space for him to sit next to her as they ate hospital jello and watched the Tv.

"Which show is this again?" Matt asked as he took another bite of his jello.

"Grey's Anatomy," Nora said as she watched the show but looked at Matt for a second.

"We should watch it together,"

"It's like super long- Has like 17 seasons," Nora said as Matt shrugged. "We can make it a weekly thing for us-"

"We will spend all of our lives watching it then?" Nora said as he shrugged again.

"I plan on always having you in my life- I dont mind it then," Matt said as Nora blushed.

He looked back at her, his hand was set next to her once he finished his jello.

"What have I missed?" She said as she turned to her side, cuddling with his side.

"Nothing much,"

She had missed so much but it was not something that he had to tell her. It was Ethan's.

"Oh me and Sof got in trouble at school and we are better friends for it," Matt said as Nora widened her eyes.

"What?"

"Yeah... I'll explain it to you later. On more important news... I watched the Reputation Stadium tour with Chris," Matt smiled at her as she widened her eyes.

"You did what?"

"Yep and I actually enjoyed it a lot," Matt said causing Nora to scoff.

"No way you watched it without me? Oh, I might just be upset with you," She joked as she crossed her hands across her chest.

"Dont be mad... I will definitely watch it with you again," Matt said as she turned to him smiling. "You better keep that promise!" She muttered as he chuckled. That's when suddenly the door burst open with Sofia and Chris carrying food from Mcdonald's.

"We brought food!" Geral screamed as she grabbed one of the bags from Chris' hands. "Geral-" 

"Shh Chris," Geral said not wanting to hear anything from Chris. "What are we watching?" Nic said as he sat on the other side of his sister's bed, squishing her between him and Matt. 

"Grey's Anatomy," Nora said as she didn't know what was happening, she just saw the intro.

"Oh, I love Grey's so much! I am in season 7!" Ethan said as Chirs opened the bag of food and Nora smiled at Ethan.

"I missed you guys," She said as Matt kissed her head "We missed you more,"

Matt walked into his room after spending the whole day in the hospital. Chris walked right behind him. 

"Are we gonna talk about it?" Chris said as Matt closed the door annoyed, slamming it on Chris' face. "No, I don't want to,"

Chris opened the door upset but still wanting to help and talk to his brothers. 

"I'm fine," Matt muttered as Chris rolled his eyes. "No, you are not," Chris said as Matt rolled his eyes and sighed deeply. "Could you just leave me alone?"

The brothers stared at each other.

"Look, I understand how you are feeling-"

"No, you don't Chris- Everything before the crash was perfect and-"

"And you can get it back Matt just talk to her," Chris said as Matt shook his head. "No... I shouldn't. It's too much,"

"No, it's not Matt. She already told you she loved you once she can do it again!"

"What if she didn't love me before that day? What if she realized the week before but she doesn't remember it, Chris," Matt said as he sat down on his bed and Chris followed him.

"Take your time then... But I think she has always loved you,"
