Cyclone wakes up. He looks around to find absolutely nothing around him. Nothing but white and green fog. He begins to worry about his surroundings. "Hello?" He said. "Maladar?" His voice echoes. There was a response, but the voice was unfamiliar. "Hello little one." Said the voice. It sounded rather deep but calm. Cyclone couldn't make out rather it was male or female. He looks around to find that there was still nobody around him. "I can't see you!" Exclaimed Cyclone looking around. "Who are you?" "Calm yourself." Said the Voice. "You are still in the process of recovering from your wounds." "What wounds?" Asked Cyclone. "What happened to me? Oh God! Am I dead!?" "You are very much alive." Said the mysterious voice. "You suffered a head injury." "I still don't know who you are." Said Cyclone. "I am the Spirit of the Last Madkeerian Colossus." Said the Voice. Cyclone becomes confused. "A Colossus?! A Madkeerian Colossus?!" "Yes. That is correct." Cyclone was confused even more. "How are you talking to me? Why are you here?" "I have always been here. Standing tall, watching over the Island. In the form of two structural elements that you call, 'The Towers of Courage'." Cyclone's face appears in shock. "You! Are you saying that- You are the Towers of Courage?!" "Yes. The Towers you see are the remains of my past form. Modern Madkeerians reformed me as these monuments to guard the nameless power that posses us. I've stood over watching you and everyone else who lives on this Island while also keeping the Travelers away from getting their hands on the Power." Suddenly, Cyclone realized something. "Wait. Am I inside the Towers?" "Yes." Said the Colossus. "I thought I wasn't allowed in here." Said Cyclone. "The chosen one, Maladar requested permission to bring you here. I fulfilled his request to give you strength." Cyclone remembers what happened to Maladar earlier with E-Mac. "MALADAR!" He exclaimed. "Where is he?!" "Maladar is well." Said the Colossus. "His immortal strength keeps him alive." Cyclone sighs with relief knowing that Maladar was alright. "I thought I lost him." He said with a single tear. Cyclone suddenly changed his intrest. "What do you know about this power?" He asked. "The Colossal beings such as myself, were ancient creatures of Planet Madkeer. We have been around since the very first discovery of the power. Like many others, we know not where the power came from. All we know is that it had something to do with the Madkeer's birth and the life it possesses. The Power is an orb of energy that has evolved into many abilities. For many millenniums, a Colossus would spend a lifetime protecting it at all costs. We were the ones who kept Madkeer healthy and lively. But our existence soon came to an end, and over time, Madkeer became a wasteland. Before passing into the 'Land of the Spirits', I used all the strength I had left to let the people know that danger was near and that something had to be done with the power before it destroys our planet. Which brings me here on this Island. Here on Planet Earth." Suddenly, a flashback came to Cyclone to when the night the Silver Ocean Cruise ship had sunk. He becomes furious with the ancient spirit. "You said that you were the one keeping the Travelers away." He said. "It was you wasn't it! You sank the ship! You killed my real parents!" He points at his eyepatch."YOU DID THIS TO ME!" There was a short silence from the spirit's prospective. "I only did what was necessary." Said the Spirit. Cyclone refuses to believe it. "By killing hundreds of innocent people?!" He snapped. The Spirit tries to explain to him about what happened that night. "I gave the people of that ship a clear warning to stay away, but they wouldn't listen. They continued towards the Island's direction. I was left with no other choice but to destroy the vessel." "They wouldn't have known!" Yelled Cyclone. "I could've been killed too!" "Possibly, but you must understand that I cannot take a chance. They had refused to turn back. It had to be done." "You're crazy!" Yelled Cyclone. "Enough talk!" Said the Spirit in a more agitated tone. "Its time for you to wake up!" Suddenly, everything around Cyclone goes black.
