Ward was sitting at the breakfast table with his wife Wiezze and Rafe idly chatting away when he got a text message from an unknown number saying it's down when do I make the ransom call? Ward typed back to wait till he got there I'm on my way now.
Ward quickie got up from his seat at the table claiming he had to head to the office for an important meeting and then he raced outside to his car and drove off to Barry's trailer.
As he pulled up to Barry's trailer he heard nothing but silence he knocked on the door and waited for Barry to answer, once Barry opened the door and let ward in they got down to the matter at hand which was Barry making the Ransom call to john b, but the first thing Ward needed to do is gag Sarah so she would not scream and alert John b when the ransom call was made.
It's been two days since the pogues figured out that Ward was somehow involved in his daughter's kidnapping now all they needed to do was somehow prove it but of course, they had no idea where to start until JJ asked.
JJ: John b ever since we got home from the island did Sarah mention that she was afraid that Rafe or Ward would still come after us or you personally
John b: no not to me as she said anything to you kie
Kie: no she has not
As they sat in John b and Sarah house trying to figure out a way to prove Ward is behind Sarah disappearance and subsequent kidnapping when John b got a call from an unknown his heart feels like it is about to burst out of his chest when he answers.
John b: Hello whose this
Unknown caller: nevermind who this is I have your little wifey here with me and boy is she fine
John: you better hurt her, is she alive can I please talk to her
Unknown caller: she's fine for now but my business is with you, a little birdy told me you have four million in gold
John b: yes that's right
Unknown caller: ok here how it is going to go down you have three weeks from today to hand over the four million or you can say bye bye to your wife for good.
Unknown caller: do I make myself clear
John b(crying silently) yes you do
JJ: yo bro who was that
John b: Sarah's kidnapper you guys were right they want the four million in gold and there giving me three weeks from today to give it to them or Sarah is dead
Kie: holly shit well at least that buys us some time to gather evidence against Ward right and build a case against him but we have to make sure its airtight
Pope: yeah no kidding
A few miles away Sarah is balling her eyes out over how distraught John b sounded on the phone with Barry while her sperm donor and barry stood there emotionless faces staring back at her.
Sarah: why are you doing this to me why can't you just let me live life on my own terms with John b
Ward: because he has what should rightfully be mine
Sarah: but john b has nothing to do with the deal you made with big john about the gold so your basically punishing him for something he had no part in what so ever and did you ever think that if you had not gone bat shit crazy and killed big john that you might have the gold instead of us
Ward: be that as it may I want that gold and won't stop until I have it even if that means getting rid of you and john b
Back on the other side of the cut the rest of the pogues
were trying to figure out there next plan of attack in order to get Sarah back safe and sound, they all started brainstorming ways they could prove Ward is behind Sarah kidnapping.
Pope: I know this sounds crazy but what if we tried getting the cops involved?
Kie: and how are they going to help humm Ward has that whole department in his back pocket, they are not going to listen to us
