"Uh.... Y/N what are you doing?" "Hang on Levi I'm in the middle of something!" You were currently in your room rapidly pressing buttons on your keyboard with one hand as your other was frantically spinning your mouse around. "Damn it where'd that fucker go?!" Almost as if your opponent heard you over your mic, you heard the sound of someone jumping and before you could spin your mouse to face said opponent your character had once again fallen victim to the Myriad Manifestation Umbrella. Groaning in frustration you slammed your headset down, removed your card that you had plugged into a device, and moved to your bed flopping on it. "It's no good he's unbeatable." Levi looked from your computer to you as his confusion only grew." You know for the past three weeks all we've heard from your room is yelling and button smashing, are you alright?" Sighing you raised your head and looked at Levi, "I'm fine I just found this new game called "Glory" and there's this one player who people claim is unbeatable. I ran into him a few weeks ago on a mission and since I'm the only other person who uses an "Unspecialized" class and is actually pretty decent with said class he offered to be my mentor. The only thing is he gave me a mission three weeks ago saying if I could defeat him not only would I have surpassed him I'd be able to mentor other people." Levi thought for a moment before coming up with an idea, "If I make one of these Glory accounts what if we take him on two vs one?" Shaking your head you sighed, "It takes more than just making an account, you'd have to make one, get used to your character, class if you choose one, and then you'd have to figure out how your said person does in a fight, by that I mean is your person more of an attacker, defender, or healer." Levi nodded as he grabbed his phone, "Well it's decided then I'm going to help you take this person down, but where do you get the card from?" You sat up and pointed to your dresser, "Normally you'd have to buy a card but considering I bought two cards just in case I lost one you can use my backup." Nodding he made his way over to your dresser and grabbed the backup off of it. "Ok, what happens now?" He asked. "Now, we go to your room to get you set up." You replied back already headed out the door to Levis' room.

It's been a month since you and Levi started training to take down your mentor, of course your mentor as smart as he is had a feeling it was only a matter of time until you seeked help, the only thing that confused him was why team up with someone who just made an account? Deciding he would find out soon he logged into Glory and decided to wait for the two of you in the Green Forest.  Levi rushed to your room with his computer in hand, setting it down on an empty desk beside yours. "You really think I'm ready Y/N?" He asked you feeling nervous as the realization he was actually going to attempt to help you defeat the infamous Lord Grimm finally sunk in." "Yes, you're ready and if we get defeated, we'll either try again or I'll just finally accept his request to join his team." Giving you a confused look, you clarified yourself, "See when I first joined Glory and made my character I was doing just fine on my own, when I met Lord Grimm, I wanted to have a match to which he agreed. The thing is he didn't expect me to actually land hits on him so what I'm trying to say is he saw potential in me, and I told him the only way I'd join is if it took me more than a month to defeat him." Levi sat at his computer, powering it on as he spoke, "It took you a month to train me so even if you do then you're still going to join him, right?" Taking your spot beside Levi powering your computer and inserting your card you nodded, "Technically speaking yes but if WE impress him, we'll both be on his team. That said give it your best, ok?" Giving you a nod, he spoke up, "Is this what you were after this whole time?" Shrugging your shoulders you gave him a smile, "Possibly, then again possibly not. Who knows maybe I'm just doing this because it gives me an excuse to be beside you." As you put your headset on, you never noticed the light shade of pink that crossed Levi's face as the two of you loaded in as a blue box appeared on your screen, "He's waiting for us in the Green Forest." Levi nodded as the two of you made your way to where Lord Grimm was waiting. Speaking into your mic at your opponent Levi noticed a smile form on your face. "Alright Ye Xiu prepared to be amazed!" You're winning streak ends now!" Levi inwardly laughed at your cockiness as Ye Xiu stayed silent only giving a nod signaling for the duel to begin.

Sighing as you once again lost to your mentor you looked over at Levi, "We did our best and came close and its more damage than I've ever been able to do on my own so thank you." Giving him a smile, you failed to notice the blush slowly growing on his cheeks as Ye Xiu spoke up, "The two of you make quite a team one that would make the one I have already overpowered, but before I ask the both of you to join, I have one question to ask both of you. What does Glory mean to you?" Levi thought for a while before he spoke, "I've only been here for a month but in that month I got to see Y/N's burning passion for this and after today I can say I felt it for myself, but in all truth I have no desire to be on a team as long as I get to be by Y/N's side doing raids or missions, just being with her is the only Glory I need." You felt your cheeks burning as you slowly turned to face Levi, "You... feel that strongly about me and we've lived in the same house as the rest of your brothers, why haven't you told me this sooner?" Levi smiled as he unplugged his card and shut his laptop off, "I didn't see how much I really liked you until we quite literally stayed in the same room for a month." Giving the male a laugh, you finally gave Ye Xiu you're answer, "I'll be honest at first I thought it just meant defeating others and rising the ranks... but now I see it's more than that. It helped me realize that I don't need to be on the most powerful team to be recognized or feared I just needed to find the one that made Glory memorable for me. So, I'm sorry Ye Xiu but we won't be joining your team." You looked at the screen long enough to see Ye Xius' character nod his head as he turned in another direction and before walking, he said, "When you start a team of your own, you'll make a great mentor, and I'm glad I got to meet you." Nodding you watched your former mentor's character disappear from your screen as you unplugged your card and shut your computer off turning to face Levi, "You know, I really enjoyed the time we spent together, and I can't wait to find more games that we can both waste our time on." Making the male blush lightly he embraced you into a hug, "So that means it'll just be me and you then?" Giving him a nod, you replied, "Yeah, just the two of us."

((Real quick this is the first crossover I've done. Lord Grimm and Ye Xiu do NOT belong to me they belong to "The King's Avatar" and the adaption I was basing Ye Xiu off of was the Netflix version. Along with that "The King's Avatar doesn't belong to me either it belongs to Tencent Penguin Pictures Linmon Pictures and Phoenix Entertainment.))
