2- The Crash, The "Rescue" and The Awakening

Date: 20 January 2010, 50th Anniversary of the Disappearance of the Andromeda Galaxy

"Sir? I think you need to have a look at this" a Russian soldier called out to General Noir.

     "What is it this time private? I don't want to see dancing cats again" General Noir spoke as he walked over to the soldier.

     "I think it's best if I put this on the big screen" he said. A few buttons were clicked and then the screen at the head of the command center illuminated. What was on the screen shocked all of its viewers.

     "Power is still waiting to be returned as millions are left in the dark at what it seems are thousands of meteors crashing into earth somewhere in the Siberian wilderness." A news caster said aloud as the screen showed videos of the meteors crashing into earth at an alarming rate.

     "Local Russian Scientist have confirmed that we are feeling the aftermath of a forgotten supernova that was said to come to earth 50 years ago. This theory was created by an american Scientist, Dr. Hill, who had predicted..." The room tuned out the news as the same slider from before asked a question, "What should we do?''

     Suddenly the lights flickered on and off as an explosion was heard from above. General Noir watched his desk as a pen rolled off onto the floor, a small "click" was heard as the room remained silent, waiting for their order.

     "The largest of the rocks crashed about 150 meters away from our location sir." a soldier looking at a model of their hidden Red Room facility. Smaller crashes and yells from above told all of them that they wouldn't want to stick around very long.

     "General Noir! General Noir!" a voice spoke as it was running down the halls, slowly getting louder and louder until a scientist by the name of Gustav Schmidt burst through the doors. Glancing in his general direction, Nior motioned for the boy to speak.

     "Dr. Batard has just picked up a powerful gamma energy fluctuation in our general vicinity. He says the readings are of nothing he has ever seen before. There is a high possibility of alien activity." Noir's ears instantly perked up at the word alien. "It must be Andromeda" he thought excitedly to ourselves.

     "Private!" General Noir barked, "Order out an investigation team immediately. I want everything extracted from the crash sight of the largest meteor." Three of the soldiers stood quickly and ran out of the room.

     "Dr. Schmidt, I want you and your best team of scientists to leave with the investigation team and record everything that happens. I also want you to prepare an experimentation table."
