As I stumbled out of bed, I noticed that the room was still dimly lit by the morning sun. It took me a few moments to fully wake up and realize that I had overslept. My heart raced as I quickly got dressed and stumbled into the kitchen, where Aunt Marlene was already waiting for me.

"Emily, hurry up and eat your breakfast," she scolded. "You need to get to the training field as soon as possible."

I nodded, feeling a sense of anxiety building up inside me. I knew that Aunt Marlene was right - I needed to start training if I wanted to have any chance of meeting Alpha Nasser. But the thought of facing such a tough and intimidating man filled me with fear and apprehension.

I sat down at the kitchen table and took in the delicious aroma of the breakfast my aunt had prepared. The table was set with plates of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and freshly baked biscuits. My stomach growled in anticipation.

Aunt Marlene brought over a plate of food and placed it in front of me. "Eat up, dear. You'll need your strength for today's training." she said with a smile.

I took a bite of the fluffy eggs, savoring the rich flavor. "This is delicious, Auntie." I said between bites.

"I'm glad you like it." Aunt Marlene replied, pouring a cup of coffee for herself. "I hope you're feeling better today."

I nodded, feeling a bit more at ease after a good night's rest. "I am, thanks. I'm still a bit shaken from yesterday, but I'm ready to face the day." I said determinedly.

"That's the spirit." Aunt Marlene said approvingly. "Just remember, we're here to support and protect each other."

As I hastily ate my breakfast, Aunt Marlene stood by my side, urging me to hurry up. Her voice was firm but encouraging, and I knew that she was only pushing me because she believed in me.

"Come on, Emily, you can do this," she said, patting me on the back. "Just remember to stay focused and keep pushing yourself. You'll be ready to face Alpha Nasser in no time."

With her words ringing in my ears, I rushed through the pack grounds towards the training field, I wasn't paying attention to my surroundings. Suddenly, I collided with someone and stumbled backwards. My heart raced as I looked up and saw a towering figure before me. He had piercing blue eyes that seemed to look right through me.

"Watch where you're going, little wolf," he growled, his voice laced with anger.

My heart was pounding in my chest as I looked up at the man. I couldn't deny that he was attractive, with his chiseled jawline, piercing blue eyes, and rugged build. But his words and actions left me feeling uneasy and vulnerable.

As he continued to tower over me, my mind raced with conflicting thoughts and emotions. I was angry that he had spoken to me in such a demeaning way, but at the same time, I couldn't deny the rush of excitement that coursed through my veins as he looked at me with those intense eyes.

"I'm sorry, I didn't see you," I stammered, trying to back away.

But he wasn't done with me yet. He stepped closer, his body tense and imposing. "A little wolf like you needs to learn her place. I think a punishment is in order," he said, a cruel smirk spreading across his face.

My heart felt like it was about to burst out of my chest as I tried to back away, but he grabbed my arm tightly, making it impossible for me to escape. The atmosphere was tense, and I could feel the fear and anger pulsing through me.

I couldn't help but wonder who he was and what he wanted with me.

Before I could say anything in response, he grabbed me roughly by the arm and pulled me closer to him. I tried to pull away, but his grip was too strong. He leaned in close to my face, his breath hot against my skin.

"You're lucky I'm in a good mood today, little wolf," he growled. "Otherwise, I'd teach you a lesson you'd never forget."

I felt my heart racing in my chest as I tried to keep my composure. I had always been taught to respect those who were stronger and more powerful than me, but this man was making it difficult. His eyes bore into mine, and I could feel the intensity of his gaze.

I couldn't understand why I was feeling this way. I had always been a strong and independent woman, but something about this man made me feel small and insignificant. It was a feeling I didn't like, and yet, I couldn't help but be drawn to him.

"Who are you?" I managed to ask, my voice shaking slightly.

He smirked at me, his grip tightening on my arm. "Just someone passing through," he said. "But don't worry, I'll be seeing you around."

With that, he released me and strode away, leaving me standing there feeling confused and scared. I couldn't help but wonder what he had meant by his words. Was he a rogue wolf, looking to cause trouble? Or was he something else entirely?
