Golden Hour

Rosalie/Original Female Character - Rosalie is getting married to Emmett, and her best friend Alex who was supposed to be one of her bridesmaids has asked to not attend the wedding anymore. The night of the bachelorette party, her maid of honor decided to go to this bar that had a band playing. The bridesmaids knew how Alex felt for Rosalie and knew Rosalie secretly felt the same but never told her. It didn't help that Rosalie was being forced into marriage with Emmett, someone who was in love with her and was also rich. When they arrive they see Alex performing a song, that seems aimed at someone when Alex notices Rosalie her eyes stay on her the whole time she performs the music.  4BU$IVE P4RENT$ YES THEY ARE VAMPIRES, ROSALIE JUST STILL HAS TRAUMA.

Rosalie's POV

I was trying to text my best friend, Alex, again. She was ignoring me since she asked to sit in the audience instead of being one of my bridesmaids, I would have had her as my maid of honor but my parents refused, they didn't like "her ways" as they would say. They agreed for her to be a bridesmaid since I was going to call off the wedding if they didn't, but now she doesn't even want to be a part of it and she refuses to tell me why. I would accept her wish, but I just wanted an explanation. I sighed and set my phone down on the bed, I stood up and looked in the mirror. I was waiting for my bridesmaids to get me for the bachelorette party they were throwing for me. 

Emmett made it very clear that if he found out there were any male strippers or alcohol I would regret it, I didn't even want to think about what would happen, so I begged the girls to just take me somewhere with food and no alcohol. They agreed on a bar since it also served food and non-alcoholic drinks so I wouldn't just have a soda. I heard the honk of a horn and headed outside, I saw a limo and rolled my eyes, I got inside the car and looked at my phone once more. My message was left on read, like the rest of them were. I looked at the girls as they drank champagne, I wanted to drink some but didn't want Emmett to do anything to me. Knowing him it would most likely threaten my parents to withhold money from them, Emmett wouldn't hurt me, I knew that, doesn't mean my dad wouldn't.

We pulled up to the bar and got out, we headed inside and once I walked in I heard a band starting to play, we went over and sat down at the bar and I looked over. My eyes widened when I saw Alex, I knew she loved singing but she always told me she could never sing in front of an audience and that I was the only one that had ever heard her sing. I turned in my seat and watched her, not paying attention to what was around me, only caring about the person who had been ignoring me for two weeks. She started playing the piano as her band played behind her, she looked beautiful as always.

Her eyes met mine as I listened to her sing, I didn't know who it was for, but my heart hoped it was for me. She kept her eyes on me as she sang, proving to me it was for me.

I felt my bridesmaids hitting my arm gently but I ignored them, keeping my eyes on her. I wanted to watch and listen to her perform the song, I didn't care what they had to say to me. Alex had a slight smile on her face as she looked at me, it was almost as if she forgot everything and just knew I was there.
