[[A/N: Saoirse Ronan plays as Claudia Marcella Major a.k.a Claudia :) Charlize Theron is the mother, and in some records, Marcella, a.k.a Claudia Marcella Minor, looks most like Octavia. So I chose Charlize Theron whose face is heart shaped to play Octavia and Brittany Snow to play Marcella. Claudia, Antonia, Tonia (Toni or Anan - so many nicknames for her) all have less pointy chins lol.]]
[[Selene]]
I wore a white cotton tunic that had a back extending to the floor. The hem of the dress was decorated with silver patterns. Silver patterns also aligned and adorned the torso and sleeves of the fluorescent dress. It was winter; therefore, I had long open sleeves that let the cold air caress my warm body. A part of my hair was braided into a crown, as the rest of my hair cascaded like a waterfall under the crown. My hair consisted of different shades of brown, like Alexander's; however, his hair had flecks of blonde in them, making his hair different and unique. It had begun to rain this morning, which was promising. I had put on embades this morning, when I woke up. Julia had presented me with two new pairs of embades. The ones I wore now were extremely ornate and beautiful. They were dark brown leather, with silver lacing tying the leather together. The inside was warm with the furs of a gray wolf.
It had stopped raining and I decided to walk around the gardens that adorned the back of the villa. I stopped in front of the stone bench I last sat with Tiberius on, before I found out his betrothal to Vipsania.
"Lady Selene," Agrippa graced me with his boisterous voice and urgency.
I bowed my head, "Salve Agrippa," I smile, "What are you looking for?"
He looked at me quizzically, "What do you mean?" he narrowed his eyes at me, "How did you know?"
I folded my hands in front of me, "Well you seem to be in need of something."
He seemed to make a connection inside his head, "Ah, yes. I am looking for Octavia."
"She is in the herbs garden behind the culina. Marcella is sick, and she is taking care of her." I frown. Poor Marcella, she stayed out in the rain late in the night - with her secret admirer - and got a nasty cold this morning. Octavia warned everyone, as a result, not to play outside in the rain.
"Oh," Agrippa looked awkwardly to the side, "well I must go to her then. If you would so gladly accompany Claudia for me, that would make me happy, and her too. She is pregnant; therefore, she'd love some feminine companionship." He smiled slightly, and then walked back into the hallway, which lead to the main rooms of the villa.
I turned away from where Agrippa had stood and faced the stone fountain that newly adorned the middle of the garden. She had demolished the small shrine dedicated to Jupiter, and constructed the new fountain dedicated to beautiful Juno.
I walked towards Juno, with my hands folded inside one another. I stared at her lovely marble face, and wondered why she had decided to match Juba and I, in her terrain. If she had allowed Isis to have her way, I would have married Tiberius, or even my brother, because Isis would have only seen the soul, not the material worth of a person. If Juno had not stolen my destiny, from its rightful course, I would have been forever happily in love, married, to Tiberius. I looked down at the ground, conflicted. Or is Isis, still with me, and marrying Juba was the only way she saw fit in order to realign me with my destiny: to be a Queen.
"It's not fair." I mumbled as I glared at the statue of Juno. "It's not fair at all! I love Juba, I do...but my heart yearns for Tiberius, and I cannot make it stop." I let warm tears spill and stain my cold face as the rain begun to spill out of the dark gloomy clouds.
