Help guys it's 4 am and I can't sleep we checked for intruders and now I can't sleep I'm staying up until 5 on my phone and I'm shaking I called my mum and she talked with me I'm still scared I cried I'm shaking really bad and I want my future self to tell me I'm ok. I want to sleep with my mum and my dad left to go somewhere and i feel sick I don't want to be alone it feels like the room keeps on getter darker and darker.
