"..." Lingyun woke up from his dream and he stared at the ceiling without his blindfold on. After collecting himself, he looked over at Sejuani who was still asleep, and he hugged her gently in order to feel comfortable.

"Mmm... Feeling frisky?" Sejuani asked in an amused tone before she opened up her eyes, and they were staring at each other lovingly. She gently stroked Lingyun's chin before hugging him.

"I'm sorry. I just wanted to hug you. I dreamt of when we first met."

"You're still as soft as you were back then." Sejuani noted nonchalantly

"Perhaps I am. I still find myself lucky for getting to know you, and being anywhere near you..."

"I really need to work with you on your pessimism..." Sejuani softly spoke as she kissed Lingyun's tattoo around his right eye and he blushed as she expected.

"I wouldn't mind staying here like this forever, but I need to check up on my daughter."

"Don't go. She's safe and protected. Stay with me..." Sejuani pouted as she held him, feeling a sense of want.

"I'm sorry Sejuani. Maybe tonight?"

"Fine... You know which room she's in, right?"

"Maybe not..." Lingyun noted and Sejuani smiled softly before she told him.

After Lingyun prepared himself for the day and wore his blindfold, he went to his daughter's room, and saw that she was sleeping comfortably as she even snored. It made Lingyun snicker a bit as he smiled, and he knelt beside his daughter as he kissed her forehead.

"She's never slept like this before. She must really feel safe here. I could never repay Sejuani with how much she's helped me..." Lingyun thought to himself before he felt his daughter stirring in her sleep

"FATHER!" Xiu Hua cheered as she hugged her dad immediately.

"Hello dear. Did you sleep well?"

"I did, father. It was nice and relaxing!" Xiu Hua cheered and Lingyun smiled happily.

"Father, can we train again? It's early in the morning, huh."

"Yes we can dear. Yes we can. Get ready for the day." Lingyun smiled as his daughter hugged him, and she prepared herself for the day.
