Bruce looked ahead contemplating what just happened, sitting there next to Vance with thoughts spilling out of his head of how he was going to tell his friends he invited 'The' Vance Hopper to come to hang out with them at the arcade! Vance! 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫! The guy the 𝐖𝐇𝐎𝐋𝐄 school is terrified of, especially them. He doesn't know how he's going to just 'so' casually tell them this, I mean what was he supposed to do?! Go up to them during lunch and say "Oh so you guys know that Vance Hopper kid that you guys hate and fear so much? Yeah, I CASUALLY invited him to hang out with us without asking or telling you if it was ok, JUST TO LET YOU GUYS KNOW!" Bruce feels like he's in a video game getting played right now because this is not good, and may or may not turn out into a horrible bloody disaster!

Bruce walked into the lunchroom feeling like he just got punched in the stomach, getting a tray of food before nervously walking over to a table with his new group of friends. griffin sitting next to billy and Finney sitting next to robing who were so obviously holding hands under the table, guessing by finneys big smile and their arms being very close together overlapping near the end, they were 𝑑𝑒𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑎𝑛𝑡𝑙𝑦 holding hands and weren't even trying to hide it at this point. Whatever happened upstairs that night before most if not definitely had something to do with this.

"Hey, Bruce!" "Hey guys" Bruce sighed "You ok, You seem down did something happen in the last two periods or smth?" Robin questioned pointing his head towards bruce with everyone else at the table staring at him. "Hm?" Bruce hummed as he looked up from his tray "You look like you got something on your mind, what's bothering you?" Robin questions again "Oh uhm." Bruce started fumbling over his words caught off guard by Robin's question "I have something to ask you guys" Bruce finally replied after what seemed like years gone by as he paused when he last spoke. "Well, what is it?" Griffin asked poking at bruce to just get out with it while they're still alive and young, "I was wondering if you guys would mind if I invite someone over to the arcade with us after school." everyone is now staring at bruce "No, we wouldn't mind. Who did you invite?" Finney spoke up "Uhm so that's the problem, what if HYPOTHETICALLY the person I invited was none other than Vance? Like, Vance Hopper." The whole table went quiet as if they all weren't looking at him before then they certainly are now, "I'm sorry I don't think I heard you right Bruce, who did you say you invited?" Griffin asked puzzled "Vance. Vance Hopper" Bruce repeated himself to griffin with a little of a shakey voice, again the table filled with silence, and all eyes were on him and only him "Finney, Creo que Bruce se golpeó contra una pared de ladrillos o algo así porque creo que se volvió loco!"

Robin yelled out breaking what felt like never-ending heavy silence "You invited VANCE?", Billy yelled out "I am SO sorry! I didn't mean to it just kinda came out and it was already too late because he agreed to it surprisingly enough I didn't know what to do so I just agreed and it all came crashing downhill from there!" Bruce quickly let out informing the group of the situation on how it happened like it would change anything! What if they didn't want Bruce to go anymore? What if they didn't want to be friends with him anymore, or even worse make him tell Vance he's uninvited and get himself a punch in the face for leading Vance on like that!? "It's fine." Bruce looked up from his lap which had his hand fidgeting with his fingers surprised by the response "Huh?" Bruce replied in disbelief "It's fine! He can go, Bruce, Bruce it's not a big deal" Finney said in a joking manner giggling at Bruce's tenseness fade away slightly getting filled with relief quickly that he just hasn't messed things up with their plans "Yeah dude it's fine, just maybe let us know beforehand, ok?" Robin spoke up agreeing with Finney still having their hands intertwined with one another.
