1st POV

Entering the shop, a man immediately lifted his head up and smiled upon greeting. "Goodmorning, Lady (L/n). I assume you're here for another cloth searching?"

I returned the gesture, smiling so sweetly before greeting him back too, noticing how the shop owner already why I was here for. "Hello, Mr. Eden. Yes, you're right. I'm here to see the new cloths." My smile never faltered as my eyes lingered around the room, scanning the whole area.

"Well then, I'll have Roddy assist you again." Upon mentioning the name, my smile stretches even wider upon seeing the cheerful boy hiding behind Mr. Eden.

He slowly walked to my direction before respectfully greeting. "Goodmorning Lady (L/n)." He repeated what his farher said earlier. "I will help you pick out the perfect cloth to use!"

I only chuckled at his shy but determined attitude while nodding my head. "Ms. (Y/n). You can just call me that, alright Roddy?" I replied and he nodded enthusiastically before we checked out the cloths available for tailoring.

We skipped over from one area to another section, touching and feeling the textures of each cloth. Some were smooth and silky and some were rough. Some were very runny and others doesn't really match up to the ones I'm looking for.

Since it was almost near from that special day and I wanted to give them a twinning pair of tuxedos as a thank you gift, I was keen on choosing which cloth to use.

"How about this, Miss?" I went over to Roddy and examined the piece of cloth he held in his hand.

My hand caressed over its texture as a smile crept up to my face. "You're very helpful, Roddy. The cloth is thick but not rough and stiff. It is also soft and not itchy when worn. I'm choosing this, thank you."

His eyes widened before a victorious smile emerged from his face. "No problem, Miss (L/n)...I mean Miss (Y/n)! You and the Moriarty's have been good to us despite being part of the commonfolk so this is just the least thing I could do."

My heart almost melted at his mini speech, bending a little so that I could pat his head. "You're a very good kid. I'm pretty sure your father is very proud of you."

His cheeks were tinted with pink as I chuckled at his reaction before we headed back to the counter as I made my order of three sets.

After placing my demand, I thanked Roddy once again and bid goodbye to him and his father, Mr. Eden. I went back inside the carriage and made my way back to my home.
