The trees branch's hit up against the house in the early evening while the autumn wind blew. Josie had her window open and a candle burning. She was folding some of her clothes while Heathers played in the background. It was a movie she secretly loved that wasn't in her horror genre. JD had sparked a fire inside of her the moment her eyes set sight on the character. And the way JD and Veronica worked so well, at least for the small time they did work well, Josie loved it. She did however wish that the movie ended differently. If she could rewrite it slightly, she'd put a twist to it. Either get Veronica to still work with JD or even just tweak it enough so JD survived in order for a sequel. Sequels were always interesting given the right plot line and twist to it.

Her laundry basket was empty with the clothes in their own folded piles. Letting a breath of relief out and taking a moment to look at it all before realizing she had to put it away now. Walking over to her dresser to open one of the top drawers, her eyes fell onto the picture. The one that left her confused. Confused for the future. She sighed before putting a few folded shirts on top of the image. Out of sight, out of mind. At least that's what she kept telling herself.

"Chaos killed the Dinosaurs, Darling."

Josie's attention was pulled away from the screen as her eyes landed on Billy Loomis. He had a black hoodie on and some blue jeans. In her head she made the mental note of how good the boy looked. But she still was pissed off. Everything had went to shit. And now here he was in her bedroom when he was presumed dead to the public. It was hard to get the police to piece together that maybe the two teenagers who were blackmailed to work for Neil Prescott might be dead. Josie had pointed out that if they were still alive, wouldn't the boy who was trying to protect her from her own father come back. After all he went through all that trouble for her. And eventually the bait was taken by the police.

"Jo." He let out, going in to hug her. For a minute she melted into his touch but she quickly pulled away. Not wanting to fall into the trap of getting attached again. Not when she knew he couldn't stay. Him and Stu were wanted men regardless until their bodies were found.

"What are you doing here? Where's Stu?" She asked the boy.

"I had to see you. I haven't been able to stop thinking about you. And he's still recovering. A little pissed that you stabbed him." Billy told her. The girl shook her head.

"Well, it was a long time coming for him." Josie grumbled with her arms crossed.

"It's been killing me not being able to see you." Billy said, trying to reach for her again but she side stepped him.

"Billy, you might be presumed dead. But you're also still wanted. You can't be seen with me." Josie pointed out.

"Nothing can keep me from my girl." Billy grinned which caused her to shift a little in her spot.

"Josie, remember when we talked about getting out of here?" He brought up.

"Yeah, that was before this shit show." Jo began, looking into his eyes as hers turned a little dark. He tried to read her but was coming up short handed in that moment. Unsure of what she was thinking.
