-Their partner bringing lunch and or syncing their free time with their s/o so they can make sure they eat properly, they may or may not take their phone away or silence it.

-Cooking their favorite meals for their exhausted s/o when they get home despite being tired themselves.

-"Are you getting enough sleep love? are they overworking you too much?"

-Booking an extra special spa day for them on their only day off.

-"How hard is it to follow instructions, no I get it that they're interns and all but come on!"

-Possibly going to HR or management to lessen the workload on their s/o (of course disguising it for asking extra work for extra pay) and basically taking the workload from their s/o until they recover.

-Staring down on the interns who are repeatedly asking the same exact questions or difficult co-workers that are adding to the pile.

-Lending their ear and chest when their s/o is ranting about the difficult day at work and just being their safe space.

-"No, you can be a little late, you deserve to sleep in the extra 30 mins"

-Walking them home or picking them up or waiting for their shift to end with warm food they like and the car in the temperature they love, maybe with a neck pillow as well so they can rest or nap in the car.
