Ok, imagine this!


of course in a large company there will be a lot of employees, what are the odds of A meeting B through a mistransfered call? dealing with angry customers is a lot to take.


A being the concerned agent and B being the laid-back agent. coincidently C both knows them, long story short, A passed a very angry customer to B and felt extremely bad for it, so she turns to C beside them asking if they know the agent


"oh yeah, him?" C pointed at the mop of hair chilling a few feet away from them.

fast forward to the day ending and A goes over to apologize to B after C introduces them to each other.


A is apologizing profusely about the customer B forgot about and wondering why the hell this ball of stress was blabbing about.
