3rd person POV

Dazai entered the Agency with a wide smile on his face "Alright i just got the perfect idea for something we could do"

"What now Dazai" Kunikida said annoyed while still typing in his laptop

"We should all take a heritage test" he put his hands up in the air "You know to figure out if our great great great with a lot more greats grandparents were like cool vikings or greek gods!!"

"Uuuu that sounds so cool!!" Kenji smiled

"I dont see a problem with that, sounds like it could be fun" Tanizaki said looking up from his pc "But do you even have the kits?" 

Dazai nodded "I asked the president about this a week ago and he said it could be fun activity" he pulled out a cardboard box "So he bought each of us a kit" 

"Oh well if the president agreed to this there shouldnt be a problem" Kunikida closed his laptop

"Do we all really need to take one of these tests?" Ranpo pouted 

"Do what you want it could just be fun to find out if your ability was passed down in some way don't you think Ranpooo" Dazai sneaked up on Ranpo 

"Atsushi is something wrong?" Kyoka went up to Atsushi after seeing him looking worried 

"No i uhm i'm fine don't worry Kyoka" he quickly dismissed the question 

"Well then lets get started any objections?" Dazai smiled "Well then let's go!"

Atsushi's POV

Shit shit now they are gonna find out why did i even lie about it in the first place goddamnit i'm so stupid am i gonna get kicked out of the agency for this? Or will they just dismiss it? No ofcourse they wouldn't just dismiss it i shouldn't get my hopes up.

"Atsushi you're looking tense are you sure you're alright? You dont have to do this if you don't want to" Kyoka looked at me, i'm not sure if i should do this honestly but they were bound to find out at some point anyway right?  Or maybe not "I'll be fine don't worry" 

Back at the orphanage i had sneaked around in the office where i had found a file with my name on it well there was written my my first name followed by Dostoyevsky it didn't make any sense to me at first because they had always called me Atsushi Nakajima and not Atsushi Dostoyevsky so i ended taking the file and hid it somewhere. I still had the file since when i was kicked out i sneaked back in and took it before leaving completly.

"Okay now that we are done with these we just have to send them back and we should get an answer in the next few weeks" Dazai cheered 

~At home~

When i finally got home i noticed that the door was unlocked must mean that Ryu already was off from work "Ryu?!" I called out while taking off my shoes and jacket "In the living room" i heard i smiled to myself as i headed inside "You're off early today huh?" i bent over the back of the couch and kissed his cheek "Wasn't much to do so i just ended up going home to do paperwork" i nodded and headed to our bedroom to change into some more comfortable clothes.

I rummaged through the cabinet in our shared bedroom before finding a file and leaving for the living room again

"Ryu, Can we talk?" I sat down besides him on couch

He coughed into his hand "Sure, are you alright"

"I feel like it's about time i tell you something" i took at deep breath 

"Huh?" I could hear the worry in his voice "Wait whats that?" he looked at the file in my hands 

"It's my file from the orphanage" He tried taking it but without noticing my grip had tightened around it 

"Atsushi? Is everything alright" His hand changed posistion to my shoulder

"Ryu, no matter whats in this file you wont love me any less will you?" I looked at him he seemed taken back by what i had just told him 

"No, no ofcourse not where's this coming from" I handed him the file 

"Just see for yourself i dont know how to explain" 

Silence fell the living room i didn't want to say anything and Ryu was just reading through the papers. I was just waiting for him to say something, anything which in the end he did

"How long have you known about this"

"Since i was 9" i heard him sigh i was scared of what he was going to say so i just looked down 

"Look at me Atsushi" he brought his hand to my chin and turned my head so we were looking in each others eyes "You're still the same person to me after all you've known this whole time and you havent changed"

"I- i just Ryu i feel like an asshole for hiding this from you and the agency" i wiped my eyes which i havent even noticed had begun running

"You had you're reasons and after all they never asked, but what exactly made you want to tell me i mean there must have happened something"

"Dazai made us take heritage tests"

"Ah so you decided to tell me yourself than a test telling me?" I nodded

~A few weeks pass"

3rd person POV

Dazai entered the office with an envelope in his hands "And here we have the last test results!!" He held the envelope up "and it seems this belongs to none other than our own little Atsushiiii"

He sat down on his chair as he started opening the envelope "Time to see if we Atsushi is a actually Royality!!" Everyone just started at Dazai for that remark "What with those eyes theres no way he isnt"

"Dazai give me that" Yosano went up behind him and took the paper from him

"What nooo give it back it was my idea to do thissss" he whined

"You act more like a child than Kyoka and Kenji, which isnt a compliment" She hit him on the head

"Now lets see" as she read the paper her jaw dropped

"What is it?" Kyoka went up behind her and tried to look at the paper

"Atsushi" she looked at him is disbelief "Your parents are Fyodor and Nikolai"

That was the moment people stopped what they were doing and looked at Atsushi

"Seems like it doesnt surprise you, suppose you already knew?" Kunikida looked at him which he nodded "sigh thats a twist i guess"

"But if you're parents are alive then why were you at an orphange?" Ranpo questioned

"They sent me to make me stronger, i wasnt supposed to be kicked out either"

"So in other words you were sent to an orphange, abused so you could become a Trump card of some sort?" Junichro questioned

"I think thats enough questions, we need to get in contact with Fyodor someho-"

"No" Atsushi got up "I'd rather not, he is not my father i dont care if i have his dna he is not my goddamn father"

"I think we should just get back to work, Atsushi come on" Yosano signaled to which he followed her

"You have all the right to not view him as your father after all he did sent you to an Orphange, but you gotta rem-" she was cut off

"Can we not please i dont want to, i cant just sit down and have a normal conversation with him like i dont know what he did"

In the end she nodded "Atsushi its your desision and us at the agency will stand by it till the end ok? We will always be on your side of this"

Ok so like i wanted to do more with this but its really all i could think of when it came to an idea such as this maybe in the future i will go back to it and write it as a story but i dont want to promise anything.
