I walk into the station and I'm greeted by the officer who handled my case the first time. I hand him my laptop and we go and sit in a private room and go through the footage frame by frame as I did not even 2 hours ago. The officer noticed everything without me having to say anything.
"May I keep the laptop while the case is reopen?" The officer asks politely
I tell him that I needed it for work and that I would give him the SD card that was in my laptop with the footage on. I hand him the SD card and I'm dismissed from the station. I notice someone leaning on my car as I walk into the parking lot. As I get closer I notice it's Colby. He smiles as he walks towards me and I couldn't help but smile back.
"How was it?" He asks as I finally reach my car
"Stressful, I didn't think I'd have to relive all the hassle of what happened to me" I huff
"You have me, Kat and Sam around you to help you" Colby reassures
"You guys have my heart, I couldn't ask for better friends" I say hugging Colby " I love you guys"
"We love you too and don't you forget about it" Colby says squeezing me
I pull away and Colby opens the passenger seat
"Your driving MY car" I ask
"Yeah I don't wanna risk you having a panic attack while driving" He says walking to the drivers seat
