Kim Yoohyeon POV

What's wrong with Lady Boss anyway? She didn't even apologize to me the other day. She just gave me some random things for the past few days.

Because of this, my storage room was now full of all her gifts. I have nowhere to put all her stuff aside from the storage room. I can't possibly put them in my bedroom or living room since my baby, Pie would bite or tear them away.

Other than giving me random things, she would also send me some random stickers through our kakao chat. And of course, I had to reply to her. Whenever I didn't reply to her, she would spam me with a sulking sticker. But seriously, just one second I didn't reply to her because I was doing house chores or me playing with Pie, and this woman suddenly started to sulk like a kid.

*Sigh*  I don't really understand Kim Minji...

"So we achieved a total of 2k sales last month. Our goal for this month is to achieve 5k sales. That's what our Lady Boss wants though. Yoohyeon, do you have anything to say about this?"

I looks over at Taehyung that was holding a paper clipboard with a pen, blinking multiple times.

Today, Taehyung, Jungkook and I decided to discuss some work stuff to which I didn't really pay attention until right now. I was too busy thinking about you-know-who.

I just stared at him and shook my head with a smile.

"Yoohyeon, you have been silent since the meeting started. Is there something on your mind?" He asked, now sitting next to me. Jungkook just stared at me, waiting for me to answer.

"N-no, there is nothing on my mind. I was just thinking about what to eat later." I lied, but luckily the two of them believe me. Jungkook started to speak first.

"Right? I'm so hungry too, I can't stop thinking about what to eat later. Hey Tae, let's eat at that usual café again."

"Hmm sure. I am craving for Aunt Min's cooking after all." Taehyung smile at Jungkook sweetly as I can see Taehyung was caressing Jungkook's under arm.

Working with them feel like I was being a third-wheeler.

Ding

My phone rang. I immediately pick up my phone to see whoever texted me.

And of course, it was Minji.

She sent me some angry stickers and texted me;
"Where are you? I hope you didn't skip work."

I quickly type "I am in the office. Where do you think I am?" and sent it to her. I put down my phone and huffed. "Where does she think I am, paboyah." I didn't realize Taehyung and Jungkook were watching me until one of them started to speak.

"Are you okay? You seem stressed a lot, Yoohyeon." Jungkook asked.

"If you stress, you should quit the job." It's been nearly a month since I started working for this company, so whatever Taehyung was saying, I shouldn't take his words seriously. He was just joking.

Jungkook, who knew it was a joke from his (boy)friend quickly slapped Taehyung on his shoulder.

"I will not quit this job." Yeah, I will not give up that easily. I will show Lady Boss what I'm capable of. I mean I have graduated from a good school with a good certificate and it would be her huge loss if I quit.

"Hey everyone!!! Gather quick!" I heard Jiwoo's voice.

All of us started gathering around her cluelessly. We don't know why is she calling all of us to gather at once. Usually, she asked people in a group to gather. So whatever she called us to gather, it must be an urgent matter.
