ARCHER POV

's-shit that hurt...Shit...sorry David but at least you're alive...' I think to myself as I look down at David luckily I shielded him from the brunt of the explosion but he was still badly hurt and unconscious.
His whole body was littered with cuts gashes, inside he likely has some damaged organs. But the worse part was his right arm.
It was completely blown off at the shoulder.
Blood slowly leaked out the wound and onto the dirt staining it red.
"Man Angel's going to be pissed...." Looking at myself I wasn't to badly hurt but my clothes were pretty torn up.
Luckily I could still walk ok and I definitely have a few broken bones.
"Oh you're still alive I'm impressed Archer" the voice of Zalga sounded from behind me.
Quickly spinning around I summon my blades and get ready for a fight.
"Heh sorry but I'm hard to kill, too bad for you" I say smirking.
"I've been here for quite awhile I watched your fight and I'll be honest when you explained who you were I was genuinely surprised, but sadly for you this isn't the timeline we're I lose it's my fate and destiny to conquer and rule this planet it's people are just toys" she says smiling smugly at me.
"we'll see about that....what did you do to her?" I ask looking over to Lisa who was silently watching the scene unfold.
"Ah, yes Lisa yes well when I first met her I was willing to let her volunteer to help without hurting her but she insisted on disobeying me so I branded her and tortured her until she was as obedient as you see her now, and to my joy she has a good grip on her powers and listens to every word I say" she explains looking down at her.
"Heheh well I guess no point in holding back anymore..." I say as my eyes began to glow.
"I AM THE BONE OF MY SWORD" I say as I hold my hand out.
"STEEL IS MY BODY FIRE MY BLOOD"
"I HAVE CREATED OVER A THOUSAND BLADES"
"No need for that Archer..."
Zalga says putting her hands up
"What?" I look at her surprised
"Nothing you do would work with Lisa here if you summoned that fake world she would just make it disappear if I wished it, just give up, and since David is here with us if you tie him up and hand him over I'll overlook your betrayal" she says gesturing to Davids unconscious body
"Sorry but I can't do that David opened my eyes, he needs to survive and I'll make sure he gets home safe" I say grinning smugly at her.
"....Fool...."

ANGEL POV

'W-we just left him there.....no, David please be alive'
I think to myself as I'm standing on the porch of the Manson looking in the direction of were we came.
"Ok I'm going to teleport and get them you stay here!" Slenda says as she ran out the door and past me, as she ran past I grabbed her sleeve.
"Take me with you" I say firmly looking at her.
"Very well, hold on" she says as she teleports us.
