6:30 a.m.

The time you got up everyday.

15 years ago you would've found this thought absurd, but now it had become a part of your daily routine, unless you were absolutely tired.

As always, you got up from your bed and placed the sheets back in their proper state. You went to the bathroom and cleaned yourself up and then later got in a fresh pair of your uniform. Due to the recent issues with getting to know the identities of the Collosal Titan and Armoured Titan, who both were a part of the Survey Corps, things had gotten tight.

Before getting out of your room, you looked back at the clock, 6:50 a.m. It mildly shocked you how you engraved this timing into your bones and muscles. You made sure you weren't a minute late and always were ready till this time.

And for all of this to be blamed at, you blamed Levi.

It had been a few weeks since you had come back from your expedition, more specifically the expedition where you lost two of your closest friends; Isabel and Farlan.

Those days were pretty quiet, with not much socializing and training non-stop to keep your mind off of things. That day, you had woken up at your usual time, 9 a.m.

You had gotten to the cafeteria and found a few of your friends who were simply chatting. You had joined them and asked them if they knew where Levi was, but they said he was training.

So Levi must've already had his breakfast.

The day after that, you woke up a bit earlier so you could catch Levi, but once again after asking a few people around, they said he was training by himself.

You tried again the next morning, now waking up at 7:30 a.m., which was downright exhausting for your body, but you had to get up so you catch up with Levi. But as you were walking towards the Cafeteria to get breakfast, you saw Levi walking out of it.

Okay, so he finishes breakfast around 7:30 a.m.

The next morning(again), you got up 15 minutes early but found Levi training with himself.

When does this man even get up?!?!?

Done with constantly following the man around, you got up the next day at 6 a.m. and peeked through the corridor to the cafeteria to see the whereabouts of the well known stoic man. You noted down that Levi was present only a few minutes after breakfast was made, but you being yourself, you had neither tidied yourself up nor had you have your watch with you.

And so... The next day(I'm starting to hate these words) you woke up at 6 again, now walking up to the boys dormitory with your watch and notebook in your hand. After a good 50 minutes of standing, Levi came out of his dorm and you noted down on your notebook.

'Time of getting out of dorm - 6:50 a.m.'

You tiptoed and followed him from then on, and then noted the time down again when he entered the cafeteria.

'Time of arrival at Cafeteria - 6:55 a.m.'

Okay, so now all you had to do was wake up tomorrow early....

And so, unexpectedly, you woke up right at 6:30 a.m. the next day. You got ready fast, wearing your uniform and rushing out near the boys dorm. You tried acting casually until you saw the door open and saw Levi right in the eyes. You smiled. You had arrived in time.

"You're up early." Said Levi, acknowledging your existence.

You laughed and scratched the back of your neck. "Heh... Yeah. Just couldn't sleep, yknow?" You lied.

Levi frowned at you for a second, but shook his suspicions off and walked to the cafeteria. You silently followed him and later had breakfast with him. To be honest, the times you had seen him before, all lonely and quite with himself hurt you.

He had recently lost his close friends and didn't associate himself with many people. Sitting with him that morning, conversing with eachother in bliss had made you so happy, and you could even see the corners of Levi's mouth slightly upturned.

After eating, you had walked out with him and then stopped.

"Everyone will wake up in a few moments, by that time your dorm will be empty. How about I help you clean it? You haven't done it in a while, right?"

At that particular moment, you had noticed a small sparkle in Levi's eyes. He looked up at you, craning his neck to see right in your eyes. His eyes were slightly wide and his mouth was agape. You didn't know what was going through his head, but you knew that something big happened to him inside.

"Yeah... Let's go..." He trailed off and walked towards his dorm.

You silently followed him once again.

And that was the start of your new routine.

You opened the door of the cafeteria and your eyes instantly landed on your usual table. Their sat Levi, but not alone like 10 years ago. Now, Hange, Erwin and their squad sat with him, talking freely without a single thought in there mind.

You walked to the table and engulfed Levi into a hug.

"What-."

"You're my best friend, Levi." You said.

He frowned up at you and Hange whistled. "Right in front of my salad???"

Just a little filler chapter :)
