I want you to know and realize by reading this book that difficult life moments do not last forever, and that you use these moments and see them as opportunities for your personal and spiritual growth and development, not as something that will destroy you, but on the contrary as something that will strengthen you and give you the strength and hope to live the life worth living that you've always wanted to live after the storm has passed. And know that you are never alone, wherever you are and whatever you do. There is always someone by your side, if not in the physical sense, then at least in the spiritual sense, that invisible hand of God is always there and keeps everything in its place, know that God loves you and that life is a wonderful gift of God worth living in which we were created to help each other and go for each other, not against each other. This life is wonderful because it is full of different levels of knowledge that allow us to grow spiritually and develop. And when you ask yourself what the meaning of life is, remember that it is faith that teaches us that everything is possible, love for our neighbor and ourselves, and knowing ourselves, who we really are and why we are here, and what we are going for and what is truly our goal. And of course, Gratitude- an ancient skill for attracting Blessings and Miracles in your life. And whatever happens to you and wherever life takes you, never underestimate yourself and your inner power, strength, and resourcefulness. Great gifts from God to us humans to achieve everything we desire. You know what they say, it's easy when everything in life goes according to plan, but what happens when fate "mixes up the cards" and life throws us out of this "perfect social balance"? What then when those whom we trusted the most and considered our friends turn their backs on us, what when a difficult health situation occurs, what if your child is terminally ill, what when doctors do not have the strength to tell you your diagnosis but only mutter it under their eyebrows? But they too are only flesh and blood people, and man as such is only man and nothing human is and should not be foreign to him. Who do you turn to for help when you feel like you're losing the ground under your feet and that no one hears you? I'll give you an answer, always do your best, and always rely on faith in God and good, and yourself, because no matter what happens, you'll know that you were there by your side and that you did your best, and whatever the time may be passed, you will see that you have grown and progressed spiritually. You will understand that we are all transient here and that nothing should be taken too personally, especially not other people's opinions or their advice because know that what they say is only a projection of what they think. And each of us lives life exactly as he thinks he deserves. Remember this sentence and think deeply about it. True, other

people are there to help us and we are all here to help each other. But you know very well that sometimes some things are much nicer to hear in theory than to apply in practice. I am not saying that we can live alone as individuals in this world and that when we need professional help we should seek it, but remember that you are the one who determines how this help will manifest in your life, e.g. an obese person who seeks the help of a personal trainer to lose weight, as a rule, she can achieve her "dream body", but she must not forget that she is the one who is responsible for her change, because she was the one who added action to the trainer's knowledge and started what she always wanted - and that is the process of change that led her to her goal. As another example, I will mention people who are looking for professional psychological help, I was among them a couple of years ago, all of you who are now going through difficult or slightly difficult diagnoses, both physical and psychological, know that the healing process largely depends on you and your attitude about a particular thought, therapy or medicine. And so, whatever your diagnosis or whatever condition you are in, remember that everything is relative and changeable, and perhaps the most important thing is everything in your hands with God's providence. I believe that by writing this book I will be able to completely heal mentally, from my past, fears, and everything that holds me back in life, and so will you, and that this book will be your guiding star in your self-knowledge and a better future.
