Chapter 4 - Playground fight

Y/n POV

The doorbell rang and I got up to open the door and saw Dre standing out there panting.

"Whoa, Are you okay dude?" I questioned.

"Yea I'm fine just had to find a man to fix the hot water." Dre laughed.

"Okay let me just say bye to my mom real quick" I added.

"UMMA  I AM GOING WITH MY FRIEND DRE TO THE PARK ".  I yelled.

"OKAY JUST GET BACK SAFE I AM MAKING  KIMBAP," M/n Yelled.

"Okay let's get going shall we." I groaned.

"Whoa, I almost forgot you spoke Korean."  Dre joked.

"Whoa, I almost forgot you spoke English I am not from where you're at". I smirked.

"Haha very funny." Dre sarcastically said.

"Race you"! I yelled and started running.

"Hey not fair"! I heard Dre call out.

We reached the playground and I saw a bunch of kids and old people.

"Hey, Dre". A blond said.

"Who is this"? The blond questioned.

"Oh her name is Y/n and she speaks Korean," Dre spoke.

"Well, it's nice to meet you hope you feel welcome my name is Henry." He put his hand out.

I was still confused about how to do it and I got a little anxious cause I didn't want Henry to wait, so I looked at Dre to see if he will help me.

"She bows in Korea, so she doesn't know how to do a handshake". Dre popped in.

"My bad I didn't know". Henry put his hand around his neck.

"It's fine I should have told you." I smiled.

"Do you speak Chinese"? Henry asked.

"Yes I speak Chinese I am kinda fluent in it cause I studied it for a while," I spoke.

"What did she say"? Dre questioned.

"She said that she is kinda fluent in Chinese because she studied it for a while," Henry explained.

"Ohhh okay wanna go play basketball," Dre stated.

"Sure wanna come Y/n." Henry gulped.

"Yea I played it before," I smirked.

"Wow let's try to not get beat by a girl." Henry chuckled.
