Lloyd's POV:

I shook my head,

"No deal. You've already caused enough destruction, and I can't risk what you might do with my element."

The evil Lloyd raised an eyebrow, the grip on his weapon tightening in annoyance.

"Oh, really? You seem to forget that I have this statue at my mercy. Without your element, you'll be stuck here forever, especially without the Statue."

I gulped, but I wasn't about to let him have his way. I stepped forward and firmly said to my other version.

"I'm not giving you my element. I've seen what you've done without it, and I fear what you could do with it. They'll find a way to live on without my element, they may not."

The evil Lloyd's smirk turned into a scowl, glaring straight at me, trying to find any weaknesses he could exploit. But he was me. If I was weak then he was most certainly weaker for giving into the venom. Everything he did... just made my blood boil.

"You're making a big mistake, ninja."

But I didn't back down. I yelled out,

"The first time I met the ninja, I saw how much you hurt them. How much you nearly killed them, and how much they suffered for your actions. I saw all the things you took for granted that I could never keep... my father, everything... heck, even Mystake. So one thing is for sure, I'm not giving up my element!"

I pointed toward the Statue, as I felt my entire body enveloped in green energy, slowly, but steadily rising.

"Destroy the Statue if you want! You are not getting your way!"

He stood there, frustration clear in his eyes before he smirked and let down his weapon.

"Fine. You win."

I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding. I wanted to relax, but I just had to stay on guard. Cole silently approached, standing in front of me as he got ready for battle. The other ninja followed and did the same. Kai looked at me and let out a smile.

"That was one thing I didn't expect from a Lloyd. That was nice."

Kai looked towards the other and said.

"What do you want with the Statue, huh?"

"Isn't it obvious, Kai? The Overlord has already destroyed this one. It's time to move on to the next, which just so happens to be... the world where that other Lloyd came from."

I stepped forward, not even thinking twice before charging toward him. Dodging a crystal strike and a few blows, I shoved him away from the statue, ready to defend it at any cost. I couldn't let him get into my world. Not now. Not ever.
