Chapter 6

Kai's POV (Ninja Lloyd AU):

It's been a few days since Lloyd disappeared. We brought the ripped scroll to Master Wu, who was finally about to give us the results of what could have possibly happened to him. We were seated around a table, while Misako and Sensei Wu and Sensei Garmadon were in another room.

Nya was holding a kunai, rubbing the tip ever so often as she leaned against Jay. Tapping her fingers against the table, she closed her eyes.

Jay wasn't doing too well either, rubbing Nya's hand as he looked around the room, trying to find a way to lighten everyone's mood and keep their hopes up.

Cole slumped against the table, eating some cake as he tapped his foot and looked at the room where the three were.

Zane was looking at everyone, including me, not knowing how to help, despite being a Nindroid. The dilemma of supposedly knowing everything but not knowing how to help everyone troubled him...

All of our thoughts shattered as the three walked in the room; Sensei Wu spreading the scroll for all of us to see. Misako and Garmadon were looking at each other, holding each other close.

"Students. We believe we have found out where Lloyd has been transported."

He pointed to the ripped part of it. I was confused, and asked them:

"Where is... there, Sensei?"

"Just like there are 16 realms and Ninjago is one of them, there are other realities where a different version of our Ninjago exists. I have never believed my father would have learned of something like this, but..."

He took out a teapot and sprinkled some powder into it, before he poured it on the ground next to him. Suddenly, another vision appeared, and this was shown to them:

It was Lloyd. He was with us; with Mystake, Skylor, and Darreth... though, we all looked different from usual... He looked upset as he left the room and went outside, pacing back and forth. His green eyes were flickering back and forth before the vision finally ended.

"What was... that? Another us?"

Cole asked, and Sensei Wu nodded. I immediately stood up and slammed his hands on the table, asking,

"How do we get Lloyd back from... whatever that world is?!"

"That realm is a world where his destiny as the Green Ninja never prevailed, as he ripped that part off and was transported to where the scroll was."

Everyone looked at each other as Sensei Garmadon sighed and explained,

"Lloyd has to go to the place where he was first discovered as the Green Ninja. We decided to think of ideas, but then we realized..."

"The Bounty."

Everyone knew it from when Kai first saved Lloyd, and when he would protect him as a brother figure, and even doing his best to encourage him.

Garmadon, Misako, and Wu nodded in disbelief. Misako cleared her throat and continued,

"The problem is... the Bounty has long been captured in that
world, and we doubt that our versions would know how to help him. Meaning... he would have to use a powerful artifact there... The Statue of Worlds."

Jay slapped his foot down as he yelled,

"Is there a way to tell him how to get out of there?!"

Garmadon cleared his throat and said,

"We need you all to contact him from another realm, but it is troublesome to do the process."

The Ninja all looked at each other, and nodded; whule I smiled and spoke for everyone and said,

"Where do we start?"

Meanwhile, in the other world...

The Ninja were training outside of camp, doing their stretches.

Lloyd's POV:

"I have a question, though. Why don't the Ninja of this world just go and leave the city to disrupt the weapon in the first place?"

I asked, as I was doing some stretches alongside the other Ninja. Master Wu looked at Kai, who replied as he took another stretch.

"Whether or not we like it, there are still people and powerful artifacts in the city too dangerous for us to recover. Lloyd can get their hands on it should we leave the city."

I stretched and followed Sensei Wu's stance once more, before Skylor interrupted.

"Everyone... you have to see this."

I tilted my head as we all ran to the meeting room. As we all entered, my eyes widened with shock as a blue portal was there, being inspected by Garmadon and Mystake.

They turned to us, and was about to explain, when suddenly, a familiar voice was heard... Kai.

"Lloyd! The spell actually... worked!"

"Keep focusing, dork! We can't... keep this up... forever! Nya, tell him already!"

It was Jay, an it was visible to hear him wincing as electricity was heard, along with blazes of fire, the crunching of Earth, and the shards of Ice. I slapped myself as Nya's voice was heard from the portal.

"The Statue of Worlds! Activate it and you can get home!"

The portal started to clear up, and I saw what they were doing. Kai, Jay, Nya, Cole, and Zane were infusing their energy into the Scroll, keeping it in a rate that it wouldn't. Master Wu was supporting the 5, and helped focus their Energy to my location.

Before the portal faded, all of them smiled, as all of them said:

"Go, Ninjago!"
